The once webmaster of our previous host, www.dekutree.com that later fused with www.tgl.bz and finally disappeared altogether.
I'm bugging him to come post on the boards (and got him to register at least), but he's really not into it anymore. -------------------- |

Eh, that reminds me of the game KikiriKid and I were working on to protest against the cel shading (The Misadventures of Zelda)
In that game whenever Navi would gratuitously state the obvious a yellow button would appear in the upper right corner with the word "Bash" written upon it, and if you pressed button C on the keyboard Link would do something to Navi. It was something different for every occasion. The best one was definitely when he pitched Navi into Ruto's face. We also had some really funny dialogues ("Brother! You have to help us! The Dodongos are blocking the way to our backgarden! We need those petunias!") -------------------- |

Sadly no, we didn't. Unfortunately neither of us could come up with entertaining dungeons.
We probably should have made it just a series of interactive gags or something, but by the time I realized this KokiriKid had lost all interest in the project. -------------------- |

I don't understand how people can "lose interest"... I mean, you either want to do it, or you don't... right?

Oh it happens to just about everybody: you imagine the end result of some project and get all enthusiast, then you start working and realize just how much of a chore reaching that goal is. And thus you give up.
KokiriKid was the one programming the game, so I really shouldn't judge since all I did was brainstorm for funny ideas. -------------------- |

I hate it when people cancel projects... [strike]I mean, why even try? There's a rule that I just wrote that says: don't announce the game until you're almost done, that way you won't get hatemail from me.... constantly...[/strike]

We never announced it.
By the way, you probably realized this already, but that is one of the reasons I said my other project will probably not see the light of day: I don't know how to program a game (that's why KokiriKid had to do all the hard work) This post has been edited by Duke Serkol on May 14 2005, 01:44 AM -------------------- |
