Title: Download link for d4s patch?
Real Hotdog - September 29, 2005 05:52 PM (GMT)
I formatted my computer on Tuesday and didn't backup the d4s patch for week 1 because I tough it would be available from the net as all the other patches, but I was proven wrong... The link that d4s gave about 3(?) months ago is broken and it isn't available from the downloads section at the website, even tough IMO it should be as it is a patch.
Just so you know, I'm talking about the patch which remapped the SRAM so that the game works fine on copiers and in ZSNES.

D4s was supposed to make a patch that would work with all four weeks, but he never did and we never got it to work with anything but week 1. That's why it hasn't been uploaded.

It should probably still be uploaded, though, unless D4s sid that he didn't want it to be or something - even if a patch for the other weeks isn't available, it's still a resource.

Actually he may have, I'm not sure.

What's the filename? I know downloaded it and I may still have it somewhere...

I was just gona lose hope that someone would post here. ^_^'
The file name was something like d4s patch zelda ast week 1.fig, and when you downloaded it, it was compressed in RAR format.

In a hurry? Send me an e-mail, I'll see what I can do.

Well I don't have it any more. Darn. :( Duke is your last hope!

I have a copy of it (patched with english as well if you want), but I'm not too sure about putting roms on my webserver... maybe i'll just send it to Duke through email (tell me if you want it).
What i should do one day is to find out exactly what d4s did to it, maybe i can "insert" the same code in the other weeks to make em playable in zsnes which is way better than that snes9x emulator although there's no debugger.
Duke Serkol - October 7, 2005 12:10 PM (GMT)
Yeah, if we could make a patch out of it, that would be perfect.
Real Hotdog - October 7, 2005 12:14 PM (GMT)
Okay Duke, I sent you an e-mail
(or at least I should have...)
