For users who post Calendar events, its useful to browsers to include in your event title- who, when, where
ie
BYS, 5-8PM, Redcross
This way if users wish to make a print out of the calendar (to put in drop in or give out at outreach) all the info is viewable
Its also a good idea to add in the post box the organisations full (unabreviated) name and contact number
