The Torchwood 3 Headquarters, otherwise known as 'the Hub', are located under Roald Dahl Plass in Cardiff. The Hub can be accessed via a special 'invisible' lift that emerges in front of the fountain; it's protected from public view by a 'perception filter'.

The usual access method to the hub is via the rundown Tourist Information shack on the sea front.

the torchwood employee's park their cars in what seems like a public car park, though this is not where the SUV is located. That is located elsewhere, and there is also another access point via the SUV garage.
