The demise of He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named marked the beginning of a time of great peace in the wizarding world. The Ministry of Magic put their aurors to work making certain that none of the Dark Lord's loyal servants made a move to rise up and take his place. Any sign of nefarious plotting was squashed in a heartbeat. And all was quiet. Wizards and witches were once again free to wander the streets without having to worry about a foreboding figure looming over their shoulder. No more jumping at shadows and barring the doors at night. All was good... for once.

But how long is this time of peace to last? How long can one truly expect to keep the devious and twisted minds of the world in hiding? Many know that the purebloods are in an uproar about their dwindling numbers. And even more, a rumor has been passing in select pureblood circles about those loyal to You-Know-Who having come together under one banner once more, led by six of his once most trusted compatriots. A single goal of seeking out his next of kin and starting the reign of the Dark Lord once more.

That's just ridiculous though, isn't it? The death eaters can't come back. Their lord's gone and he had no living relatives, right? Stories like that are only worthy of the Quibbler. But not even the Quibbler gets them wrong all the time.

No one can tell for certain what the future holds. The day to day is as predictable as the roll of the dice.
