this place is pretty much abandoned. no cops will be found in this area, which makes it a great place for parties. you also get an amazing view over looking the town. it's just past a small woods.

the voyage hotel.
the voyage is a fairly large hotel and the ideal place to stay if you don't have a home in la. though some do check in just for a nice night with their partner, the cost for a room is still pretty pricey. the rooms are large and house both a bedroom, living area and mini bar that's really not so mini. each room varies with a different theme, such as safari, vegas and some a little more on the.. dark side. the second floor houses a casino while back on the main level, past the lobby are a handful of restaurants.

a private gated community, where the town's more distinguished citizens reside. no two mansions at clear view drive are alike, although each estate reflects the high social status of its owner(s). if you're looking to spend some big bucks on your home you'll have no problem fitting in here.

the homes are average-sized, complete with front and back yards, and a garage. most houses contain a average of three bedrooms, your basic rooms, as well as a basement and if you're lucky an attic. this would be the typical choice for a family home. whether you're looking to start one or already have yourself set. some people don't enjoy or see the need in over doing themselves on anything to fancy, so this is perfect.

hawthorne apartments.
unlike shepard apartments these ones are a bit more spendy, but they're well worth the extra cash if you can afford it. the hawthorne apartments are quite a bit nicer, bigger, and also fairly new only being built three years ago.

residential housing for those with modest budgets. the rooms are small, including your basic living area with at the most three bedrooms and a kitchen and bath, but are still somewhat clean and liveable.

the skate park is a common hang-out for some of the students. there are lots of rails and jumps along with railings for skateboarders and BMX riders to practice moves on. there are a few benches along the fence and a small shack-store where you can purchase wheels, boards and anything else you might need.

dripp's is a very localiazed, small coffee house located in the basement of an old building off main street. dripp's is owned by a very seclusive man named brian. every thursday and friday nights there are area acts, like indie and solo guitarists, and there's also a musical version of open mike night. try their special, the mocha swoozie!

this tattoo/piercing parlor is located across the street from arctic hot spot and starbucks. to get anything done to your body, you must be at least 17 years of age, or proof of your parents permission. however, the owner seems to be fairly loose when it comes to that. besides getting something done by the artists, people are also

it is an old acting theater that can be found at the end of the town. a few years back it was the great place for the people to see marvelous plays. now after the owner died it has become a secluded area but directors/photographers use this place for their own means. an old lady and a boy are looking after this theater and they even put an old piano at the stage.

here you can find nearly any CD, or even any record that you might want or need to find. whether its pink floyd, fall out boy, or jay-z this store carries just about anything you can think of, including up and coming artists who want to get word out about their cd. joel madden opened it about ten years ago, and now for the most part his kids run it.

welcome to wonderland. here, inhabitions are checked at the door and the mundane will melt away. owned and operated by lady alice, the store on the street level hole brings you into a modernly decorated store which sells products of the wonderland brand as well as some commercial products. wonderland, while selling clothing, is very much an adult store and the clerks and cashiers are required to card anyone who enters. sadly, to sell what they sell it is a must. catering to a crowd of mature, consenting adults wonderland offers items to compliment many fetishes and all sexual orientations. however, there is more to wonderland than a counter and shelves. climbing the staircase in the back of the store takes you to both figuratively and literally the next level. wonderland is a pleasure house were the employees who "work the floor" submit and dominate clients. never is it more than simple pleasure and clients leave the way the came only with a little less money in their bank accounts.
