Every rose has it's thorn, Rois

Mal raised his crania and watched the fae. What a hideous muddy mess she made... He snorted and backed away as she shook, barely missing a splotch of mud in the optic. He snorted and went back to grazing.

Rois yawned widely and turned looking at the pied stallion. Hmm, he was being boring now. He was no fun. She stretched out on her side dozing slightly. Well, even if he got it in his head to harm her she had pretty good reflexes and pretty good kick. Bah, she snorted with boredom after a few moments. She rolled onto her other side and folded her limbs under her. "So why do you keep following me?" She asked calmly. Hey, not many stayed this interested in, and she was purposely being odd to see if she could disturb him. Though she had to admit, not all of it was a ploy.

Mal heard Rois speak and turned his crania to her. He listened to her every word and replied with a simple, Nothing better to do he joked with her, smiling. It was meant as an insult yet it was true. Truth sometimes hurts... He moved towards her lying form and looked her over. Why was he truly there?

[Kalo]

Rois's optics rolled slightly. "Oh so sorry to be a bore, I'll try to liven up." She said, her voice dripping in sarcasm. Really now, she didn't care, surprisingly she was enjoying herself. Especially if he was bored. Her forelgs stretched out infront of her frame as she moved back into a standing position. Her muzzle dropped towards the ground as her teeth ripped any nearby vegetation.

Mal tilted his head and watched her. She was a most intriguing demoness, whether or not she was slightly dull. Yes, liven up might be good he chuckled lightly as he trotted around her once. The stallion stopped and looked at her with a sideways glance, bringing out his colt-liness, hoping to bring out her filliness.

[Kalo]

Rois watched the stallion calmly. Hmm, those with arabic breeding couldn't stay still long it seemed. Such hot-heads tended to get under her skin. Seemed like he wanted her to play. Sorry, ain't happening unless she has a little foal, and they ain't gonna happen for a long time either so I guess he's just outa luck in that department.

Mal saw Rois wouldn't play so he decided something. If not play, then fight. He smiled wryly and nipped the mare square on the rump then back right out of kicking range.

Rois snorted loudly feeling the bite. Ok now, THAT she took offense to! Why did he always have to disturb her when she was eating anyways. It wasn't like she was obese or anything, if anything she was a bit too slim. At least for her liking anyways. Her head was raised high and she moved towards him at a trot shaking her head. Fine. He would have it his way for once. She slowed to a stop when she was near his side and lowered her head to the ground as if she was going to graze but instead lashed out with one hind-hoof in a cow-kick of sorts before lifting her dial and loping a little distance away. Play with the rose and you'll the thorns.

Mal snickered, feeling her dagger breeze by his leg. Near hit, yet near miss. Mess with a demon and you'll get the devil. The stag lowered his crania as he snaked along, chasing the mare with his audits pinned. He squealed lightly as he nipped her rump again on one side and fast switched to the other.

[Kalo]

Rois snorted and went into a series of bucks when he tried to herd her around. Her dial was tucked between her knees as her hinds lashed out a few times before she settled into a rocking chair lope. Her direction altered so that she headed away from the brute. Fine, she'd "play", but it would be in her own way. She sped into a swift gallop headed straight for a thicket of trees. She glanced back briefly to try and spot the pied brute before leaping over a fallen tree and laying down on the other side. She chuckled softly, her scent would pretty much be obscured thanks to the pine trees. He was in for a nasty surprise now wasn't he? She only hoped it would work.

Mal smiled wickedly. She had stolen the rules... at least she had some play in her. The stallion altered his course and sped after her, pillars pumping, showing off his physique without realization. He watched the demoness jump a log and disappear. The stallion thought a moment and leaped wide over the tree, clearing it effortlessly and as if it were a whole two feet wider. He landed and galloped a ways, only to stop and look around as if he had no idea where Rois had disappeared to.

Rois smirked slightly. She watched calmly seeing his form sail over that of her and the fallen log. She lurched to her hooves and galloped after him as quickly as her limbs would allow, nevermind about making any sound. When she was close she lashed out with one hind hoof and whirled away only to stop and look over her shoulder with a daring smile.

Mal reacted with mock shock. Only when Rois smiled was Mal truly shocked. Strange fae... Yet he galloped past her and nipped her rump only to speed past her again.

[Kalo]

Rois' haunches bunched when she felt his teeth against her pelt. She was truly starting to hate that. She snorted loudly as her dial was lowered and she took off at a dead gallop after him. Was rather funny. Two dark horses chasing each other around, then again, maybe one could see their true intentions, whatever they were.
She bared her teeth when she had caught up to his rump and nipped at the base of his tail before swerving and coasting to a stop. She was bored with this now. As if to prove her point, her maw opened in a wide yawn before it was lowered towards the ground.
