Students are required to live in or within easy travelling distance of Branstone throughout the term. Due to this, the university provides accommodation for all new students for at least a year.
Accommodation costs £750 per term. This includes electricity, heating, water and maintenance. Rent does not include meals, which students must provide for themselves either through their own cooking or use of the university or town eateries.
Each building (there are five) consists of 10 storeys, each containing five rooms with ensuites and a shared kitchen for that floor. Laundry services are provided in the shared areas of the accommodation buildings, but there is also a laundrette in Branstone Shopping Centre.
