INHERITING THE DON POSITIONin order to encourage rivalry (which is always fun) the typical tradition of passing down the position of don to the underboss has been discarded. it is not a sure thing; all of important position or those favored by the reigning boss have a chance to inherit the position of don.
ROLES OF WOMENnow, we aren't being sexist here, keep that in mind. historically, though, women are not allowed to be an active part of the mob. they can be affiliated with it due to birth, but they don't get a slice of the action, got it? 'cause dudes, that just doesn't make sense.
