La Table de Joël Robuchon.
This five star restaurant is one of the most expensive in the city of Paris. It's the perfect place to take the significant other of yours to treat them to a wonderful dinner. And who knows, they might wanna thank you at the end of night, if you know what I mean.

Jardin du Luxembourg.
Jardin du Luxembourg is a beautiful park that is great for a nice game of catch, a pleasant walk, and anything else you could think of. Right in the center of the park is a fountain where you can throw a few coins in and make a wish. Around the park you will find vendors selling all sorts of delicious treats for you to savor. On the east end of Jardin du Luxembourg there is a fairly large playground including an old fashioned teeter-totter. On the west side you will find a rose garden where you can watch many models and photographers at work.

Faubourg Saint-Honoré
If you love shopping, then make this place your home. The shopping district is high fashion and only high fashion. If you have money to spend then feel free to browse through shops such as Gucci, Calvin Klein, Chanel, Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Gianni Versache, and more. If you aren't exactly rolling in dough then maybe you should try the local mall.

The Eiffel Tower.
Everyone knows it and yet everyone craves to be put in awe because of its beautiful structure and of course, the famous lights. It's the tallest building in all of France and by far one of the most beautiful. The tower has two delicious restaurants inside. One being on the first level called, Altitude 95 and the other on the second level called, Jules Verne. They are both very pricey but Jules Verne is a tad bit more expensive. There is also the observation deck with a breath taking view of the city.

Le Baron.
The most 'happenin' club in Paris. Home to a select group of faithful clients, Le Baron makes the grade with its cozy atmosphere and good music. The bar has probably everything you could imagine, and every night there's a different celebrity music artist playing. So far since its opening in March. Le Baron has hosted artist such as Beyonce, Bjork, Kate Nash, Busted, Simple Plan, Linkin Park, and more.

Champs Elysées.
The Champs Elysées is the beautiful street that leads up to the Arc de Triomphe. If you are a tourist or maybe a foreign exchange student this is one of the most beautiful streets to travel down. During the day you can stop and shop or catch a movie at the cinema or a play at the theatre. On both side of the Champs Elysées there is greenery which lights up at night. Champs Elysées is a very large avenue and is known as the most beautiful avenues in the world.

Notre Dame de Paris.
Notre Dame de Paris is one of the finest examples of French Gothic architecture known to man. Notre Dame de Paris is located on the eastern half of Paris. In English Notre Dame de Paris translates simply to The Lady of Paris. Notre Dame de Paris' sculptures and stained glass show the heavy influence of naturalism, giving them a more secular look that was lacking from earlier Romanesque architecture.

McDonald's.
Yup, even Paris has McDonald's. Face it, this industry has taken over the world...along with psychiatrists. Well, this McDonald's differs from others. It is three stories high and is quite luxurious. It's like a normal restaurant in a way that you are seated and served by a waiter, but the best part is, is that it still has that low, low price.

Le Centre de Pompidou.
The Centre national d'art et de culture Georges Pompidou was the brainchild of President Georges Pompidou who wanted to create an original cultural institution in the heart of Paris completely focused on modern and contemporary creation, where the visual arts would rub shoulders with theatre, music, cinema, literature and the spoken word. Housed in the centre of Paris in a building designed by Renzo Piano and Richard Rogers, whose architecture symbolises the spirit of the 20th century, the Centre Pompidou first opened its doors to the public in 1977. After renovation work from 1997 to December 1999, it opened to the public again on 1 January 2000, with expanded museum space and enhanced reception areas. Since then it has once again become one of the most visited attractions in France. Some 6 million people pass through the Centre Pompidou's doors each year, a total of over 190 million visitors in its 30 years of existence.

In a unique location under one roof, the Centre Pompidou houses one of the most important museums in the world, featuring the leading collection of modern and contemporary art in Europe, a vast public reference library with facilities for over 2,000 readers, general documentation on 20th century art, a cinema and performance halls, a music research institute, educational activity areas, bookshops, a restaurant and a café. Unswerving in its interdisciplinary vocation and its core mission - to spread knowledge about all creative works from the 20th century and those heralding the new millennium - each year the Centre Pompidou holds thirty or so public exhibitions plus international events - cinema and documentary screenings, conferences and symposiums, concerts, dance and educational activities - many of which go on to other venues in both France and abroad.

Sushi Samba.
Yes, the Chinese have invaded Paris. Chinese restaurants are the new thing in Paris and Sushi Samba just so happens to be the best one. Inside, it looks just like any other Chinese restaurant with the fortune cookies, Asian employees, and the music played in the background. Like ever other European restaurant, they have a well stocked bar for all you legal people. And once you take a bite of their delicious food you'll see why this restaurants combines two cultures in one.

Squisito Nella Pancia.
Translated from Italian, this mean yummy in the tummy. Yeah, the name might be childish, but one bite of their food and you'll feel as though you were in a little village just outside of Rome. This restaurant, decorated to look like that of a house in Italy is cozy and warm, and their workers always seem like there was no place else they'd rather be.

Café de Humeur.
Sure, this small cafe doesn't make as much money as Starbucks, or any large coffee chain but this little cafe hold something that its competition does not. History. Café de Humuer has been around for almost a century, first opening in 1910. This place has always been the best place for that relaxing rainy afternoon when you just want to cuddle up with a book and a cup of hot coffee.

BARCODE.
New and quite large, BARCODE has been quickly climbing up the ladder as the best club in Paris. It opens at seven in the evening and goes on till the same time the next morning. Since it's so brand new usually there is a long line of people waiting to get in. And as always the less you wear, the more likely you will get in...at least for a girl.

Les Catacombs.
Morbid. Creepy. Fascinating. Each word can be used to describe Les Catacombs, simply translated, The Catacombs. For health reasons, skulls and other remains of dead bodies from an 18th century, overfilled cemetery were moved to make mile of death. To some this can be a place of mystique, others, just plain creepy. But who knows, this can be the place where you find your one love. Paris is strange that way.

Marche Buci.
Marshi Buci is one of the place to visit in Paris. This open-air market is the best place to buy produce. If you're getting ready to cook a romantic dinner, or just need to restock on your fruits and vegetables, here is the place to go. It's not a strange sight to see some of Paris' most famous chefs come here personally to pick their ingredients.

Most of these houses have been passed down from generation to generation. A lot of them are large and still have that Victorian feel to it. Others, the newer ones stand out because of their modern design.
