I'm pushing the opening date for the brand new version of AVA up to July 1st; things are going really well, and I think I'm going to be ready very soon. Some things have changed, but nothing too major, I don't think. I'm still working on strengthening the plot, but the whole board is up, a few of my characters are up...mostly I just need to finish those, put in all the individual board info, write up the ad and I'm set!

I'll update here again soon! Oh- and all members of AVA v1 can expect an email from me soon about whether or not you'd like to come around to AVA v2. ^_^

So, originally I was going to just shut down AVA- I didn't spend enough time making it unique enough to stand out from the crowd, and that fact combined with a few others led us to virtually no role-playing outside of my own characters.

But I like the story I began, and I can't find another game I like. Harry Potter rpgs might be a dime a dozen, but I'm not giving up on AVA. Not yet.

So I'm doing a revamp and relaunching on a new board (IPBFree, to be exact). I'm shooting for a July 15 re-opening. I'll post the link here (as well as at RPG-D) as soon as it's available.
