2. Lounge Rules
a)First off, be polite as possible to other users. We don't tolerate trashing or putdowns. You can take that stuff and shove it, because it, and you, wont be on the boards much longer.
You may talk about whatever you want, as long as it's in the right board. Just no porn/sex talk. Nobody of any age needs to hear or see that.
b) Debates start and end in the debate board. You don't need to carry them on endlessly either. They're just for fun.
c) Alright, challenges can be made by member or staff. But if you're a member, challange another member. Otherwise the contest will be grotesquely unfair. Same goes for staff, only challenge other staff

3. Corner Store
d) Image Finding is a voluntary service. If someone doesn't help you, that's alright. Perhaps they can't find the picture either, or they simply don't have time.
e) Image requests can only officially be taken by appointed personalizers of this site. However, it you are not, you may still make your version of the image and post it in critiques
f) HTML requests may only be taken by official HTML codeers of the site, but same thing goes here as it does for personalizing. Either have a header picture or picture Ideas or the person will make it totally from their own ideas. Sometime it's nice to give people free reign, it may turn out nicer
g) Writing Requests I would like only to be taken by Writers, because critiques are too hard to make for those. Simply because some people on here may not realize the elements of poetry etc. and they may give un-official site writers a hard time simply because they don't get it or something
h) Pickups are an incredibly touchy issue. First off, no one but the requestor and the person who made the bit in question may post there. No critiques, no congratulations, alright? After the requestor has acknowledged the work, then the post will be moved to the archives. You'll still be able to read it if you loose the URL or the code or something.
NOTE: For HTML pickups: You may or may not post the example in the pickup post, but send the code to the user. [b]do not[/b] post the code so it can be read by ordinary members. Or atleast only at your own risk. People are not above stealing

4. Testing Room
i) If you wish to give a critique, make sure you include the following: Your opinion overall of the piece in question, Why it was so, What they did well, and what they could do better on. Anything without those will be deleted. Same with pure negativity. Critiques are meant to get positive and constructive feedback, not to dish feel-bad on the maker of the image/code/poem/etc
j) Freebies are for any member on the site, and can be amde by any member. But, remember, the make of the image [b]may[/b] refuse to let you have it. If you are a known stealer, this is likely. You'll have to abide by their rules too, because they did make the image. If you post a freebie there, remember to put your terms of use, and example(duh) and if there is any limit to how many people use it and such.
k) Table testing is just for people who want to test codes and things. Again, no posting, no critiques. People will post it in critique if they want it critisized.
