"The man behind the class action suit, Robert Byers, argues the power supply and processors in the Xbox 360 overheat, causing it to freeze.

Microsoft has said it will not comment on the pending litigation.

But in November it acknowledged there were problems in an "isolated" number of Xbox 360s."

I think that this is just another person trying to make money off of a big business. All consoles have problems in the begining, it's just a way of life.

I agree, should'nt of bought first gen if scared of a few minor problems, at least m$ is fixing them.

Yeah i agree. As long as Microsoft fixes the glitched out 360's then there doing there job.
