With the amount of clans at this site and out there in general, it's sometimes hard to find a good one when you're looking for a new clan. For this reason, we're instituting

XLE Distinguished Clans!!!

Clans will be judged on these criteria:

• Community (friendship and comraderie)
• Activity (how many members are on at a given time [or, if the clan only plays at certain times, at those times], how many attend practices and such, staff activity)
• Courtesy (how rampant trash-talking, cheating, etc. are; how good sportsmanship is)
• Policy (how well such things as practices [if there are practices; don't penalize them if there are none], medals and ranks [same deal as practices], etc. are run)

Any clan that has been in existence for a month or more may apply here for Distinguished Clan status, where you will be placed on a special list that people looking for clans will be directed to and will be given permission to use this image (courtesy of barrycarlyon) on your site:

Likewise, if you have aclan banner displayed on our site, this image will be placed next to it.

How do you apply for it? Do you just say I want to be a distinguished clan?

you might want to show the actuakk size if it is going to be diferent because when it is that big it is not very appealing

its only that size coz thats how i did it (for construction)



is supposed to be flexible, theres an animated version to, but thats under wraps for the moment

well if your clan is in clan introductions for a month does that count

My clan as at least 60 to 70 members in 2 branches we have our own website as well.

Most of us only thrash talk for fun against ourselves.

At any giving time there can be like 10 to 15 people on most of the time.

Were usually a good natured clan and we try to help out our members with movies, rank and getting better.

Most of all we are completly against cheating and we have somoene in the clan with bungie connections who sends them a list of GT's when full our record is a list of 200 names in a day lol

That would be one way of proving it, yes - as long as your clan didn't break up between the time that was posted and now.
