X-Squadron Enlistment Headquarters

Welcome to all potential new recruits.

For those of you thinking about joining the X-Squadron this page is designed just for you. Here you will find the information we require from potential new members for consideration as well as what we will require on your part to be accepted into our organization. By submitting your application you agree to be bound by our training policies and procedures.

The X-Squadron now utilizes a group of 3 Individuals carefully selected to review your capabilities throughout our training process. (This "Panel" and it's function will be explained further in this thread). Once you are deemed capable by our 3 Member Review Panel you will be fitted with a personalized X-Squadron Signature as well as being outfitted with an Airframe of your choice from within the Division you will be assigned. From that moment forward, you will be considered an X-Squadron member in good standing with full membership within our organization.

Please take the time to read the following information carefully. It outlines the X-Squadron's Training Procedures and explains the function of our 3 Member panel in charge of Recruit Retention and Training. Thank you.

Our 3 Member Panel and it's purpose:

The Panel members you see above are the ONLY individuals except for X-Squadron CO's who can admit you into the X-Squadron training program. Their purpose is threefold.

1. To answer any questions you may have as a new member of the X-Squadron.
2. To evaluate your past & present forum activity.
3. To evaluate your Ace Combat Capabilities throughout the training program.

These panel members will require you to submit scores for various missions in Ace Combat 4, 5 & Zero providing you own that title. If you do not own one of the specific titles the panel will assign you additional missions within one of the titles that you do own to help them evaluate your abilities. Simply completing the required missions does not mean you are released from the training program and are now a full fledged X-Squadron member however. Your time in the Evaluation & Training program is just that - AN EVALUATION. When it is deemed appropriate the 3 Member panel will make a decision to assign you to a Division where they believe you will best be able to further advance the X-Squadron with the capabilities you have shown them.

The following missions in each of these titles will be required for you to complete for the 3 Member Panel. (NOTE: Additional missions may be assigned at their discretion if deemed necessary)

Well, first of all, I like Ace Combat a LOT!
And I didn't know that there were actualy a virtual squadrons for AC. So I liked the idea! ! !

Why have I choose X-S?
Well I dunno... I liked the name... like X planes...Like to fly with other people(Online if in near future is possible- AC Online)... for now YSflight...

Hey cable I see you have 1 or 2 userbars non animated on your sig. Would you like me to make both animated?

Naw, the Project ACES 3D one I put alone cause I wanted it to stand out. The X-Squadron one I wanted to display at all time also. The animated one is one I made (using ImageReady and about 50+ userbars I found) and I animated it because I didn't really care that much weather anyone saw those.


Thanks, but no thanks. Besides, if I wanted them animated, I would have done it myself (I used to make a lot of Animated X-S sigs by taking the Photoshop files from the sig makers after they made a sig for someone and then moving the layers around to make it appear animated).

We haven't forgotten you, Anarki. Hang tight for a bit more, I'll find an answer as to whether you're accepted or not.

Have you registered at forums.acecombatskies.com? Perhaps reposting your application and scores there might help... (in the X-Squadron subfolder that is) That place tends to be visited more often than here.
