Then it was redesignated Su-47 a few years later......strange.....( I always used it on the satelite recovery mission. BTW: Did anyone here download the JAP version of AC3 when Pingofk had it hosted? I would like to see the jet return in an Ace Combat. R-101. The R series fighters were neat jets too look at but they flied like Mig 31s. Unregistered	Funny - AC# & well the original Air Combat are the only two versions I no longer play... The original of course, well because mainly the graphics and the playability itself is so far behind.. AC3 because well, it's far out missions.. Just didn't ever get into it.

Yeah, the main problem with the American version of the AC3 is that Namco left out the story line which provides all the background information on the setting.

I don't think AC3 ever became a greatest hits by volume did it? They just lowered the price to get it off the shelf....
