NOTE : ALL MEMBERS MUST BE 13 YEARS OR OLDER TO BE A MEMBER OF Whatever Skins. ALL UNAUTHORIZED, UNDER AGED MEMBERS WILL BE DELETED!!

2. Do NOT SPAM in any of the forums, we want the forums to stay nice and clean

3. Do NOT swear, post inappropriate artwork, curse or be rude to others. This only leads to flame wars in the forums

4. Do NOT post or pm anything racist, that could offend ANY party.

5. Do NOT steal skins, graphics, or artwork posted by any members, without permission granted by GLITTER and the CREATOR.

6. Do NOT post untrue topics about another user, saying you don't know if it's true doesn't excuse you.
EX : Did you hear that _______ is _______?

7. Do NOT give away any personal information that could put you or any other user in danger.

8. Posting a link to another forum/website isn't acceptable, unless it's in THE ADVERTISEMENT forum. ANY other posting of a personal website/forum will be removed, and you will receive a warning.

9. NEVER ask to be a staff member. Asking to be a staff member will result in a warning. Also, being a backseat moderator is a form of spam. Backseat Moderation means when you suggest or say that a member is moderating, making you a backseat moderator. For Example : " OMG! STOP SPAMMING! " Never suggest members who you feel should be made staff either, or you will receive a warning.

10. Do NOT make more than one account. I have enabled a setting that doesn't allow you to make more than one account. If you sneak past this rule, both accounts will receive a warning.

11. Do NOT double or triple post. This means no posting " Hi " , then " How are you " , then " What's up? " .

12. Do NOT make any attention seeking posts. For example: "No one likes me." "Hello? Did anyone read my topic??" etc. This is unacceptable behavior.

13. Over sized signatures are not allowed on this site. If they begin to stretch the page, they are too big.

14. Do NOT 'Txt-Tlk'! This means " OMG! I hve mde 20 uber posts, lolzz " . This creates confusion , and makes it harder to understand you. Any user found posting in 'txt-tlk' will receive a warning.
