 for centuries vampires and werewolves have
walked among humans, preying on the innocent.
for centuries it has been nightshade's
job to keep them in check.
passed down into capable hands in each
generation, nightshade has a solid foundation
in history, but it wont be found in any of the books.
it has always managed to keep a low profile,
despite the high risk job. taking out creatures
of the night doesn't come without its dangers.
in 2010 the organization landed in the laps
of two rather wealthy individuals and the company
moved to new york, new york where there was
an abundance of fanged and furred creatures.
after three years the two chosen guardians
are still doing their jobs, quite well if you ask them.
their team is a bit unorthodox compared to the old ones,
which no one has failed to notice.
three years ago vampires would never have been allowed.
but it's still the same organization.
they still focus on one goal.
take them out before they take us out. or,
you know, protect the public.
not that it's an easy job.
the vampires and werewolves roaming NYC certainly make sure of that.
and even they have their problems.
tradition has always been top priority amongst vampires,
but the young ones are beginning to think that tradition
is less important than having a good time with the gifts
they've had bestowed on them.
there's trouble brewing with the werewolves too.
it's generally accepted that the strongest wolf is leader until he dies,
but that line is being smudged as the wolves begin to doubt
if the leader they have is right for the job.
no one said this job was going to be easy.
