I think that...if you have a Pokemon char, it has to be named by whatever species it is, and no recolours/splices. It counts as OCs.

*Powers: Weeeeell, outside of battle she can melt into shadows and has something similar to X-ray vision, though it can't see bones in people's bodies. In battle, pretty much typical dragon magic: Fire breathing, flight, blah blah blah... And transforming into a human at the end of her final smash- Which is now Primal Lita. To transform back, she has to use her other one, Nature's fury, etc.
*Bio: Same as usual- Darkor killed her mom, is hunting her down. etc.
Other: I can guarantee that if someone controls Link she wll end up with a crush on him.
