Same here, I prefered the Punisher and the Blacktail and since the Punisher is free, I never bother to purchase it.
I'll buy the stock again on my next playthrough to see if I notice it this time, but right now I just think it is just a waste of space. |

I bought the Red9 on my first playthrough. It has the highest firepower of all the handguns when fully upgraded.
And the stock is used for more precise aiming as well. |
