Yes, but he worships DMC. I'd prefer a less biased opinion. Tell me when you finish it or some such.

Well i can tell you that I just started so I am not that far. But I will say that it is not as easy as DMC2 was that is for sure.

Great game...highly recommended. If you liked the first game, you'll love this one.
But, you should wait for the special edition that comes out sometime next week. It'll be packed with extras including a new playable character, Vergil, who has a whole new set of moves. ^A lot of people have been saying that this is one of the toughest games out there. I have to admit that I did get my arse kicked in the beginning, especially on Cerberus. But, once you get the feel for the fast paced action and start learning some new moves, it gets much much easier. |

Yep, I plan to buy the special edition, even though I already have DMC3. Mainly because its only 20$ and play as Vergil, 'nuf said.
I stillhave yet to finish it though due to me constantly playing different games each day so I play it every once and a while. |

Like I said, use your devil arms. It does more damage than using your guns

While keeping a good distance away from him, just keep blasting his paws with E&I until he keels over. Then run up and start slashing away at his heads with Rebellion.
To dodge his icicle drop attack, just keep rolling to the side. And for the ice floor attack, jump and mash E&I to float in midair. Those are the ones to watch out for. If you still can't beat him, just level up some more. Power up E&I, get more health bars, new moves for Rebellion etc. Also a couple of vital stars wouldn't hurt. Hope that helps. |

Also, I'm trying to get used to different styles, right now I'm useless with anything that isn't trickster. Any tips for that?

The best advice I can give you is keep practicing with the style until you get adjusted to it. Then eventually you will get to the point where you can use it effectively. That's what I did when I first played through it.
