Here is the Course Outline that ALL TRAINEE's must complete to gradudate. This is Fleet Council approved.
The aim is for trainne commanding officers to get an experience in running a simm.

Command Training Course outline
Course Requirments:
-Trainee's are required to take part in a minimum of TWO training voyages. One of which the Trainee must plan and run.
-The Trainee must have at least ONE MONTH experience onboard any of the following 95th Fleet and have a recommendation from that Commanding Officer.
-Each trainee must partipate on an topic on the following topics: What makes a good Commanding Officer? How can you advertise and recurit? How to plan and run a mission? Problem scenarios and What we can't teach you.

Okay there it is. Don't worry it isn't there to scare you, just to help us out. There is also one coursework assignement:
- To plan a mission (including description of the layout, CO's notes, what you hope to achieve and maybe some graphics)

Cadets
The USS Hercules is also a simming experience ship. We offer new to simmers or those who just want to have fun to the Hercules. Cadets can join up for fun or to gain experience, there are no requirments or tests for Cadets.
