Title: Silvus vs. James Jackson
Description: Pure Wrestling Match

Good Ol' KR - February 26, 2006 08:51 PM (GMT)
DF: “Folks right now we have a first here in UHW. Up next is a pure wrestling match between the undefeated James Jackson, and the man who got a pinfall victory over the International champ last week, Silvus.”

JS: “Silvus has shown he can play the game here in UHW, but this match is right up Jackson’s alley. He is a pure wrestler.”

DF: “You’re not wrong Josh so let’s take it over to Ashley.”

AJ: “The following contest is a pure wrestling match scheduled for one fall.”

*The lights dim down as a child’s voice can be heard over the P.A. System.

“Dead Boy’s Poem” blasts over the P.A. system the lights go blue, and the crowd cheers with anticipation as Silvus steps out onto the stage. He raises his arm before walking down the ramp tagging a few fans along the way.*

AJ: “Introducing first. Weighing in at two hundred seventy three pounds. From Manchester, England. SILVUUUUUUUUUUS.”

DF: “Here’s the man that got the pinfall victory over Shadow last week. That’s sure to get him up in the title hunt.”

JS: “Well he needs to focus on Jackson tonight. That man is no joke.”

DF: “Silvus looks focused to me, but you are right. This could possibly be the toughest match for him.”

*He gets to the ring and stops he looks up at his opponent and then smiles before walking to the steps and climbing them up. Ducking through the middle rope he enters the ring and raise’s his hand to the crowd. His music fades, and The opening of Just Close Your Eyes begins to play as the lights stay out and nothing is happening as the voice goes to a small fade a spotlight starts up as a James Jackson wearing a hooded cloak walks out and continues out walking and stands there looking at the ring and just stands there with the spotlight shining down on him.*

AJ: “And his opponent, weighing in at two hundred twenty four pounds. The undefeated JAMES JACKSOOOOOOOOOON.”

DF: “You heard her folks. James Jackson is undefeated since making his debut in November of last year..”

JS: “That’s right, he’s on a four month winning streak, and it doesn’t seem like anyone can stop him.”

DF: “People have come close, and Silvus is sure gonna try tonight, but I do have to give this match to Jackson.”

JS: “I’m with you there. He’s unstoppable.”

*As the music goes to the chorus James quickly flips the hood of his cloak as the spotlight fades and the lights turn on and he stands there and steps up on the apron and kneels down in the corner staring down at the ground as the song continues to play. He stays there and as the song fades away he points to the sky and takes off his cloak. He hands the cloak outside the ring, and the referee, Jim Barr calls for the bell. James and Silvus stare at eachother for a few seconds before going into the collar and elbow tie up.*

DF: “Are you folks ready for some pure wrestling? The rules are simple. Each man gets only three rope breaks, and a twenty count instead of the usual ten. Winner is by pinfall or submission.”

JS: “This match should definitely be different from what we’re used to seeing.”

DF: “Not for Jackson it won’t be. This is his match.”

*From the tie up James spins behind Silvus with a hammer lock. Silvus reaches back with his free arm, and slaps his shoulder before spinning out of it, and locking in a hammer lock of his own on James. James reaches back, and tries to grab Silvus by the hair, but Silvus pulls his head back, and James spins out of the hold, and gets Silvus in a head lock. Silvus backs him into the ropes, and whips him across the ring. James comes back, and gets taken down by a shoulder block. Silvus goes off the ropes, and James rolls to his stomach having Silvus jump over him. James gets to his feet, and as Silvus comes back James leap frogs over him. Silvus goes off the opposite ropes, and this time as he comes back James takes him over with a hip toss. Silvus quickly gets up, but gets taken down with another one. Silvus gets up one more time, and charges at James who takes him over one more time with an armdrag keeping the hold in an armbar.*

DF: “Both men going back and forth right there with James finally locking in that modified armbar.”

JS: “Seems like a pretty basic match so far to me.”

DF: “Oh you just wait.”

* Silvus starts getting up, and manages to get to his feet. He delivers a few elbows to the side of James’ head causing James to release the hold. Silvus goes off the ropes one more time, and as he comes back James just takes him down with the armdrag again in one quick motion. This time Silvus slams his hand on the mat in frustration as James applies a little more pressure to the arm. Silvus quickly starts trying to get up, and as he gets to his knees, James releases the hold, and quickly swings around behind Silvus locking in the Dragon sleeper driving his knee into Silvus’ back.

Silvus lets out a scream of pain, and tries to fight out. He starts swinging, and manages to get a shot to the side of James’ head. Silvus delivers another one, and one more causing James to release the hold. Silvus drops to the mat holding his back then starts getting up. James shakes the punches off, and helps Silvus to his feet. James nails a few European uppercuts taking Silvus back to the ropes. James goes to whip Silvus across the ring, but Silvus reverses. He sends James, and tries for a back body drop, but James kicks him in the chest causing Silvus to stand up again. After he does that, James quickly hooks his head, and takes him over with a snap suplex. After taking him down, James rotates his hip, and looks like he’s about to raise Silvus to his feet, but instead keeps a front face lock locked in on the mat.*

DF: “Some nice offense going on there by Jackson. He’s definitely showing Silvus why this is his match to win.”

JS: “James is impressive, and he continues to be more so every week.”

*Silvus starts trying to fight his way out of it punching James in the arms, but it doesn’t help. Silvus then starts pulling himself towards one side of the ring. James starts applying more pressure stopping Silvus in his tracks for a minute before he manages to get a foot on the bottom rope. The ref calls for the rope break, but James keep the hold for a little before finally letting go.*

DF: “Silvus can only get two more rope breaks in this match so he needs to be careful.”

JS: “James is a smart wrestler, he knows what he has to do every time before he even steps in the ring.”

*James lets Silvus up, and they stare eachother down. They then tie up again, and James quickly spins behind Silvus trying for a German suplex, but Silvus wraps his leg, and reverse by spinning behind James. Silvus tries for a German suplex of his own, but James does the same thing. James starts hitting some back elbows to the side of Silvus head causing him to release the waist lock. James turns around, and as he goes to grab Silvus he gets his arms pushed away, and then gets clotheslined down to the mat. After the clothesline, Silvus stomps away on James a little as he starts getting back up. James gets up, and Silvus whips him into the corner. He charges at him, and clotheslines him in the corner. James stumbles out of the corner, and as he does Silvus hits a backbreaker and goes for a cover, but only gets a near two count. James starts getting up again, and Silvus lifts him to his feet. He sets him up with his arms over the ropes, and delivers a nice chop right across James’ chest. James grabs at his chest, and Silvus puts his arms back over the ropes and delivers another chop. James grabs at his chest again, and Silvus moves his arms away one more time before delivering a final chop right across his chest. James holds his chest in pain, and walks around the ring.*

DF: “I hope Jackson was hungry because Silvus just served up some major chops.”

JS: “.......... right.”

*Silvus then comes up behind James, and locks in an Undertaker style Dragon sleeper of his own. James tries looking around for the nearest set of ropes, but he’s too far away. After a few seconds, James manages to reach up, grab a hold of Silvus’ head, and reverse the hold into another Dragon sleeper of his own.*

DF: “What an interesting, and quick reversal. He reversed that Dragon sleeper into another Dragon sleeper.”

JS: “I’m telling you, James Jackson has a plan for everything.”

*Silvus then looks around, and desperately tries to find a set of ropes, but he notices he’s too far away. He manages to turn himself over from a Dragon Sleeper to a front face lock before wrapping his arms around James’ waist, and lifting him off the mat. Silvus then walks over to the ropes, and places James over the ropes on the apron, but as he does that James grabs Silvus behind the neck, jumps off the apron, and chokes him on the top rope. Silvus stumbles back, and James quickly slides in the ring. He gets to his feet, and delivers a beautiful Yakuza kick right to Silvus taking him to the mat. James then goes for a cover, but only manages to get a two count. After that James attempts to lock in a Texas Cloverleaf, but Silvus reaches up and grabs James head before taking him over into a quick pin attempt, but only gets a two count.*

DF: “Silvus tried to sneak his way to a victory there with a quick small package, but only got a two count.”

JS: “Silvus obviously hasn’t been watching Jackson’s matches because if he did, he’d know he’s gonna have to do a lot more than that.”

DF: “But the element of surprise can be quite powerful sometimes.”

*Both men get up, James slightly before Silvus. James goes to help Silvus to his feet, but gets drilled in the stomach with some elbows from Silvus. James stumbles back letting Silvus get to his feet. After Silvus gets up James runs at him, but Silvus takes him down with a clothesline. James quickly gets up, and gets taken down again with another clothesline. James quickly gets up one more time, and this time is met with a scoop slam followed quickly by an elbow drop. Silvus stands up, and plays to the crowd a little bit who give off a slight cheer. He then turns around, and stomps James back to the mat as he’s trying to push himself up. Silvus then looks at James for a second before locking in a crossface chickenwing. James struggles, kicking his legs trying to fight out of it, but realizes there’s no use. After that he notices the ropes aren’t too far away so he manages to somehow pull himself over to them. He reaches out, and just grabs the rope causing Silvus to release the hold. Silvus stands up, and James pulls himself up on the apron. As James stands up Silvus hooks his head, and tries for a vertical suplex, but James uses the ropes to his advantage. Silvus then tries for another one, but James is still holding the ropes. The ref tells Silvus to let James in the ring, but instead he slams a forearm into James back, and tries for one more suplex. This time he gets James up, and holds him in the air. Silvus then walks over to the middle of the ring, holding James up.*

DF: “Wow the strength of Silvus just holding a two hundred twenty five pound man in the air like nothing.”

JS: “I don’t think that’s the part Jackson is worried about Denzel. This is.”

*Silvus then slams James down hard to the mat completing the suplex. He then goes for another cover, but only gets another two count. James arches his back off the mat, and Silvus hits him with a leg drop sending it back down. Silvus then looks around the crowd then goes onto the apron. He then climbs to the top, and starts yelling at James to get up.*

DF: “Silvus going up top, what’s he planning on doing?”

JS: “I don’t know, why don’t you watch.”

*James gets to his feet, and as he turns around, Silvus leaps off the top, and takes him down with a clothesline. SIlvus doesn’t go for a cover, but instead stomps on James’ knee before locking in a figure four. James screams and tries to move Silvus’ legs, but to no avail. James lays on the mat, and the ref counts to two before he sits up again. James reaches around frantically for the ropes, but he’s not near any of them. He lays back again, and again the ref gets to two before James sits up. James starts trying to pull himself backwards, but Silvus applies more pressure stopping James in his tracks. James lays down one more time with the ref getting to two before he rolls his shoulder up. James then gets a last bit of energy before pulling himself over to the ropes, and reaching out just getting a hold of the bottom rope. Silvus adds more pressure before standing up, and James rolls out of the ring.*

DF: “Silvus going to work on those knees of James now.”

JS: “And taking out someone’s knees can take away a lot of their offense.”

DF: “That’s for sure.”

*James gets outside the ring, and starts trying to walk off the pain, but he stumbles, and holds himself up using the barricade. Silvus slides out of the ring, and goes out after James.*

JB: “One..... two..... three..... four..... five”

*As James starts trying to walk away, Silvus kicks him in the knee, but James manages to hold himself up using the barricade. James then swings, and manages to deliver an elbow to Silvus’ head. Silvus then drives a knee into James mid-section before walking him over to the apron, and slamming his head onto it.*

JB: “Six..... seven..... eight..... nine..... ten.”

DF: “See folks. The ref has made it to ten, but the wrestlers get a twenty count in this match.”

JS: “Yes, which also means that Silvus can have more ten more seconds fun out there.”

DF: “But there are still rules they have to follow Josh.”

*Silvus rolls James in the ring at eleven, and tries for another cover.*

JB: “One..... two..... thr..... NO. TWO.”

DF: “James just got the shoulder up.”

*Silvus starts to stomp away on James’ knee again, then tries for another figure four, as he spins around James uses his other leg to push Silvus away. James starts getting up, and as Silvus turns around he tries to pick James up, but gets caught with a palm strike James then stands up, and quickly takes Silvus over with a belly to belly suplex, and both men stay down.*

DF: “Belly to belly suplex, and both men are down.”

JS: “That’s exactly what I mean. James had to put all that weight on his knee to take Silvus over. It may not have been for long, but it did the damage.”

JB: “One..... two..... three..... four..... five..... six..... seven..... eight”

*Silvus crawls towards the ropes, and slowly starts pulling himself up. James starts trying to get up as well, but his knee still hurts.*

JB: “Nine..... ten..... eleven..... twelve.”

*Silvus gets to his feet as does James. They turn to eachother in the middle of the ring, and start exchanging lefts, and rights. Silvus gets the upper hand, and backs James into the ropes. He whips James across the ring, and as James comes back he ducks a clothesline attempt. He goes off the other ropes, and as he comes back this time Silvus turns into a flying forearm. James stretches him knee a little bit, and Silvus starts getting up, when he does, James starts hitting him with more European uppercuts. These cause Silvus to stumble back to the corner. James then hits a few more in there before backing to the middle of the ring. He waits for Silvus to come out of the corner, but as Silvus takes a couple steps out he falls on his rear to the mat. James then looks out to the crowd, and smiles as they start to boo. James then starts charging at the corner, btu stops for a second. He then bends his knee a few more times before smiling to the crowd again, and moving his leg freely with no pain on his face. He then starts charging at the corner again, and when he gets there he lifts his foot, and drives it across Silvus’ face. James then steps back, and drives his foot across Silvus’ face again before backing to the middle of the ring, rubbing his knee, and again, moving it freely causing the crowd to boo. Silvus then goes from a sitting position in the corner to laying in front of it.*

DF: “His knee wasn’t hurt at all was it? He just fooled everyone here including his opponent.”

JS: “Hey now his knee was hurt. That figure four does some damage. He just wasn’t as hurt as everyone thought.”

* James then walks over to Silvus, and drags him away from the corner a little bit. James then goes to the top rope, and looks down at Silvus who is holding his face. As Silvus moves his hands from his face James leaps from the top attempting a headbutt, but Silvus rolls out of the way, and the crowd cheers.*

DF: “Serves him right. He wants to fool everyone, Silvus can fool him.”

JS: “See the only difference is though, James meant to. Silvus just had the opportunity to.”

*James rolls around holding his chest, and face. Silvus puts his hand to his nose to make sure it’s not bleeding then crawls towards the ropes, and starts pulling himself up. When he gets up he raises his arm as to call for the Retribution. James gets to his feet, and turns around to Silvus. As he does Silvus drives his hand into James’ mouth, but James immediately kicks Silvus in the mid-section. Silvus let’s go, and James sets him up to try for the Throat Cutter, but Silvus starts kicking his legs causing James to lose grip, and Silvus lands on his feet. After he does he lifts James up, and tries for the torture rack, but they’re close to the ropes, and James grabs the top one. The ref tells Silvus to let go, but Silvus keeps trying to pull him away. The ref then starts the count, and Silvus puts him down. As James gets back on his feet. Silvus turns to him, to grab him again, but gets kicked in the mid-section again, and then gets driven to the mat with a quick Jackson driver. Jackson then holds on to the ropes for a second to catch his breath before going for the cover.*

JS: “Jackson Driver. It’s over. One..... two..... three. He’s still undefeated.”

DF: “Yes he is, and he did it the rigth way.”

AJ: “Here is your winner of this match by pinfall, and STIIIIILL undefeated, JAMES JACKSOOOOOOOOOON.”

*James stands up, and the ref raises his arm. James plays to the crowd for a minute, and the ref puts his arm down. James walks over to one side of the ring, and plays to the crowd who boo him. He then goes, and does the same thing one the other side, and then the other two side before rolling out of the ring, and making his way backwards up the ramp to the back. Silvus then rolls out of the ring, and holds himself up on the apron as James stands at the top of the ramp with “Just Close Your Eyes” playing in the background.*

DF: “The man continues on a roll, and walks out of here today with another name under his belt.”

JS: “And you can’t really complain because he didn’t cheat to do it.”

DF: “I may not have liked the way he faked the knee injury, but you are right. He won fair and square.”

JS: “Folks don’t go anywhere, we’ll be right back with more of our one year anniversary show.”

*Scene fades to a commercial with Jackson disappearing behind the curtain.*
