DF: Welcome back from that break folks, you haven’t been missing much however our new owner has just made his way into the ring.
JS: Meh, he’s a farce he only bought the place cause he was losing it talent wise.
DF: Give the man some respect he has earned his own reputation in this company and what he’s done is for the fans alone.
JS: Who cares about the fans...
DF: He also pays your wage...
JS: The mans a genius...
The camera is centered on Peter Draven who is walking round the ring holding the microphone ready.
Peter Draven: It seems that Christmas Chaos has become what in laymans terms the name suggest with one of our stars deciding he didn’t want to participate in a match. Well I’m regretful that Mr Fury took that decision but that means we now have a star that is booked for a match with no opponent. I don’t want to let this man walk out of this arena with out a fight... Do you Fans want to see this night go with out Killian Swift fighting for his right to stay in UHW?
Crowd: Fuck No!
Peter Draven: I didn’t think so, now that means we need an opponent for him and I’ve been thinking about this recently who do we have that could make Killian Swift fight with more desperation and skill then he has ever fought before? We recently just re-signed Seppuku... the man would tear Killian apart it seems it would be unfair to place Killian against someone who simple wants to win... So no Seppuku tonight.
Crowd: AWWWWW
Peter Draven: I am however Officially announcing the lift of suspension that was given to Alexander Draven... now here is another man who would quiet willing bite Killians arms off and beat him to death with them... Again this wouldn’t be fair I can’t in my own beliefs send Killian into a match that would result in his own death.... Nope not happening....
Crowd: Why not?
Peter Draven: Which then gave me this brilliant Idea why not bring in somebody who needs a little exercise, somebody who doesn’t enter the ring to win, he just enters for a good fight. I wanted Killian to have an opponent that will make him feel wanted, and also for him to understand his place in UHW. However before I announce the man that Killian will be facing I am going to change the wording of his match slightly, you see he will be handed a pink slip if he loses however this will only mean he can never Wrestle in a UHW ring ever again. He will however be allowed to stay on as a Instructor should anyone.... want his services.
Crowd: Wha?
Peter Draven: Okay, lets get to the point the man that Killian Swift is facing is the number 1 fan favourite... A man who has given more to the fans of UHW then anybody else, A man who puts the thousands... Upon Thousands of UHW fans before anybody else.... Killian Swift tonight you will be Facing... Silvus!
JS: What.... You mean Killian Swift is going to fight the Boss?
DF: It seems that way, looks like we have a owner that’s willing to get his hands dirty well and truly.
JS: What you saying Killian bathes irregularly?
DF: No...
Peter Draven: Now... Before I go, I think I best make one announcement for the new year. You see last year UHW held an event that made wrestling history, it was such a huge success that we’ve decided it’s time for another come back. Now this event was historical in that James Jackson earned his first loss when he entered last year. Have you all guessed what I’m on about? No okay lets give you another clue for those none Die Hard fans... Every match had a different Stipulation...
Crowd: Fuck YEAH!
JS: He’s not on about what I think he is...
DF: I think he may damn well be on about it.
Peter Draven: Starting on the first Assault back in January the qualification rounds for UHW’s King Of Hardcore Tournament will begin. Now for an added treat I mentioned two people earlier Seppuku and Alexander Draven that wasn’t a mistake because they are the first to entrants to the King of Hardcore....
The arena turns to darkness
DF: What the hell?
“Here to stay” hits the P.A System, as white strobes of light illuminate the arena.
JS: Who the hell is this?
Phenom walks out onto the stage accompanied by Miss H. The crowd roar with excitement as the UHW original embraces the return.
DF: My god! Its Phenom! I knew he was backstage but what in the hell is he doing out here?!
Phenom, a microphone in hand, looks at Draven with a smirk on his face.
His music cuts and the lights come back. The crowd start chanting in excitement
Crowd: PHENOM! PHENOM! PHENOM!
JS: I did not expect this, what the hell is he out here for?!
Phe: I missed you guys…
The crowd pop
Phe: I’m guessing everyone is abit confused in why I am standing before you. Well, for months I’ve sat back at home, I’ve watched your silly little show Assault, I’ve watched how you have let the ratings die since the last wave of UHW disintergrated.
Draven puts his mouth to the mic
Phe: Oh no, don’t get me wrong Draven; I believe your doing a good job here in UHW… not a great job…but a decent enough job. But anyway, to cut to the point, each and every one of you are wondering why an old timer like me has decided to come out. It must be a big “what must he be announcing this time” segment. Well…. I do have something to announce. It’s Christmas time, a time of joy and a time for family to come together. So, Phenom has brought you all a present.
2008 is going to be known in the history books as the year that the Phenom took over UHW. 2008 will be marked down in this companies history as the Year of the Phenom. And it all starts with the King of Hardcore tournament.
DF: Is he??
JS: Is he coming back?!
Phe: Draven, get the balloons, get me a big fucking cake and the keg out because the Phenom is back baby!
“Here to Stay” Hit’s the P.A. system and Phenom w/Miss H. makes his way back stage. Draven walks up the isle making his way to the back.
DF: Well I’ll shake a Donkeys left nut... that was one hell of a Christmas present...
JS: I can’t believe what I just saw! Does that mean that Phenom is back wrestling?!
DF: I believe that’s what I just heard him say. And the King of Hardcore tournament returns?! 2007 is on its way out but 2008 is already shaping up!
