General Forecast
A chill is in the air and the temperatures are quickly dropping as fall breaks into the lands. Nights drop to chilly temperatures that flirt with freezing in open areas. Fields of short or little grass occasionally sport a delicate layer of frost come dawn. Daytime, however, fights back and the frost quickly vanishes. The temperatures rise to a more comfortable realm and life continues on. However, the strength of daylight is waning and the nights are growing longer. Plants are starting to discolor and drop their leaves, some turning faster than others. Mice and other beings are more active to try to stash away or eat what food they find to better prepare themselves for winter. It's not a bad time to be out on a hunt, for even in regions that boast a scarcer supply of food, prey is taking more risks to gather what it needs to last the winter.

Arshigo Territory
Though the forest, lake, and dens are quite protected from the nighttime chills, Fairen Field is gradually turning into the dangerous place it becomes as fall and winter roll around. The rodents are still abundant there, but with the more exposed lands, frost forms on the coldest of nights, though it vanishes when the sun strikes in the morning. The growing length of the nights is a wonderful reminder, however, for the midnight joys of Celestial Garden. Already, on a rare night, the lights start to dance. It won't be long before they become more common in the ever growing darkness.

The Unclaimed (Neutral) Regions
Most lands unclaimed lay more exposed to the wide changes of temperature from night to day. Paeril Cliffs are becoming more hazardous with the threat of frost, though they are still passable to the skilled at night, and passable to the adventurous during the daylight. In Foxfire Marsh, things change the least, except for the colors of the plants that grow there. Colder temperatures will have to strike for longer to affect the waters there. However, the chilling temperatures do bring good news for those who cross Creux Field. At least the insects will be less active.

Dirac Territory
Ah, the lucky owners of warm spring waters! The sluggish come to bask there and enjoy the surroundings that seem to cling to summer longer. Prey is certain to arrive, though other predators as well. Cabara Woods, in the meantime, is changing in colors with the rest of the landscape. Some trees are affected more than others, a few even already bare. In the meadow, some rabbits from Rabbit Knoll have wandered over, looking for more plentiful plants to dine on. It seems the lands of the Dirac have it the best of all.
