Feeling bored one day, Satari decided that he would go out and find something to try and amuse himself with. Not that that was a really difficult thing to do, since a paper plate could keep him occupied for about three hours, but he wanted to do something that involved a group. Now, whether that group was willing or not was completely up in the air. That though gave him the idea that he would do soemthing like that, look up into the air.

So there he was, standing in the middle of the sidewalk, not in any special place, just staring into the sky with an amazed look. He was not looking at anything specific, he was just trying to see how many people would stop and look up with him. This plan relied on what he called The Crowd Effect. Which basicly said that as more people "crowd" upon one spot doing something, then even more people will join in curiosity. It worked in short bursts for something like this, but it did work.

One or two people had completely stopped and joined Satari in staring into nothingness for a good minute or two. That was just long enough to draw a few more people who stopped for less time than the first couple. But that was still just long enough to draw the gazes of passing peoples upwards, thus giving him a total of seventeen people who looked up for no reason.

He was enjoying himself too much, so he moved to a different location, with different people, and started it over again.
