Welcome to Partners in Hiding, a forum for everyone who adores the OLTL pairing of Todd Manning and Evangeline Williamson. The name of the board is a special one, because when Todd was on the run, Evangeline was his Partner-in-Hiding. Since then, they've captured our hearts even more. They're intense, passionate, emotional - they're Tangeline!!!
