Breaking Lots of Ultra Evil Today, now I know why!

I was breaking like one in 50-80 shots today and I couldn't figure it out. It was the red ultra evil shell with the orange fill. Never had this problem before, then switched to a different case of paint, and no breaks for the rest of the day. Very confusing. Looked at the paint when I got home and look what I found. It was so big, that I couldn't close my sniper bolt without risk of crushing it. This was without a barrel. My back block was stuck in the back position. This happened a couple of times on the field when I had breaks, but I couldn't troubleshoot it in the middle of a game. This ball is giant. It is sitting on top of my .693 and can't be forced in, while the other balls roll through a .685 today.

Great day today, even with the morning paint problems!!

Picked it up in 2010. The stuff that I had that shot good was from 11/09. I think it was just an odd run.

Was it a fresh open bag or was it previously opened?

Lucky. I have the opposite problem: Rolling out of my .679 .

I used ultra evil in Hawaii with my .690 PPS barrel with standard wedgits, and they shot amazing! But would roll out of the smallest barrels.

It was from an unopened bag stored in a temperature and humidity controlled gun room. The opened case that sits in my closet next to the garage door on the other hand shot great. Don't quite understand it. ChiWei has the rest of this case. I'm going to see if I can get my paws on it and size another bag to see if I had a freak bag, or if the case was like it.

I had rollouts on my .679 too. But I did experience about 1/100 breaking in the morning. The afternoon was a different story, no breaks!

I think you just got a really bad batch...

no paint should be big like that unless it's been opened and left in a ridiculously humid room.

or maybe it was too fresh from evil and they didn't wait long enough for the shell to shrink down to size?

Stimpy and I both had a sack out of that case. It was a freshly opened case that morning from Chi-Wei
He picked up the paint from the warehouse either feb.5th or Jan. 29th

I recall us talking about that at the field. I almost chopped several times in the day from that case, I would flip my gun upside so the paint would go back into the hopper but I somehow lucked out and never actually chopped in the day.
By any chance are the balls mis-shapen? Cause they ended up fitting in my barrel with no further issues as they did get shot. I did see quite a few balls do some crazy turns in the air on the way to where I was intending to shoot but missing horribly.

It is pretty round. Not football shaped at all to give me this much of a large diameter. I'm going to see if I can get the rest of Chi Wei's bag and blow it through a .693. The rest of the stuff is .682 or .682. Kind a weird.
