Let us know what they look like! If you are working on a map let us take a look.

Here's the one on one i was working on. Still in it's infant stages, I will probubly change the textures a million times but this is what it looks like right now. It's pretty big for a 1 on 1 map so it will be able to play on free for all. I wanted it huge to make the duel way more drawn out and no insane sp[awn campy shit.

Eh, Maybe...
Not really my project but i will If you want me too. The thing I want to learn to do now is how to make ramps. make Ramps. I guess When I get home I'll friggin Look at some peoples maps and figure it out.

Right now I have about...what, like four rooms to go over, make another room, put in a teleport, and then All I have to do is add sprites then I'll go over the textures again and I'll be done. So I'm thinking Ima try and get it up this weekend for critique. I do know that I have to be carefull aboiut where I place spawn points. If I don't, the level will not play the way I want it to. I realized this yesterday and I had to scrap my original idea. Height and time take a big chunk outa this map but hopefully with correct posistioning I will be able to save it...

Can i take care of putting the songs in our hq? Because i want to keep the two songs i put. The first one in previous beta's and the second one.
Which are named:
Cv4-Level 9
Theme_Of_Simon-KKC

Both are castlevania 4 songs.
I have many more we can use if the ambiance is right. For now both of them work.
Theme of simon rhymes with the base itself
While CV4-Level 9 seems to bode well with all Member rooms.

Well tell you what, if members choose to have it in their rooms over anything else then i guess so. I dont want that all over the base though. I'd rather fins something with some kind of wolf theme than just some random video game's music in it. I just don't personally want that shit in my room. Ima find some kinda program and use that, or I want the end music from the ultimate doom in my room.

Thanks, but you should check out Samurai's creation. Meanest damn thing I have ever seen. Couldnt take it down man. Ima have to try bilions of times before i can. Has like 5 diferent attacks (maybe six). Sounds cool and looks cool and has a bunch of crazy surprises.

one of his meanest traits...folloing ground thingies that don go away for a ling time. trust me, they follow you around everywhere. Has onther thing like that that does serious damage.

Sorry I left last night during testing, Morty. That was a shitty thing for me to do. But yeah, I did take a look at his DreadNought, too. I've found a way to take it down, though, if you have enough room and enough ammo. :D

Tested your 1on1 wad...
That wad is the coolest so far compared to ours.
That one and our hq. (no offense but thats because i found the textures for it tongue.gif)
Zombie is quite good at mapping.
Samurai is extremely good at Sprites.
I still need to learn. I have the technology in my hands O.O.
And here is a completely different style for maps. To me it looks like a mario land. The black traits in the background are NOT a glitch. They are the far away tree trunks (tall ones too).
This is just one small part i've done today. The two bridges, two bunker cabins. (not the flag ones, i havent done them yet). alot of trees...and a weird wooden suspension enlaced with a metal suspension that is nailed onto the bridges....Weird way to describe but hey...what did you expect..some punk kids got to do some wood cutting in order to get their tree houses (just a small joke lol). Anyways here it is:

Hey, everyone!

Here's a link to the Dreadnought, in all it's glory!

Download it if you dare...

A quick tutorial on how to use it:

- Open Zdoom with the Dreadnought wad - you can drag the wad onto the Zdoom icon and it will load automatically.
- From the Options menu, select Gameplay Options.
- Find the "No Monsters" option and change it to "Yes".
- Start a new game, and use the cheat IDCLEV** to warp to a nice, open map, like 12, 13, or 16.
- press the tilde (~) key to bring down the command prompt.
- type "summon dreadnought" without the quotes.
- run for your life biggrin.gif

EDIT: Mooload was giving some people trouble, so I re-uploaded it at MegaUpload.

EDIT 2: Made the instructions a little more clear.
