Please note that all rules apply to the forums, the chat box, and the chat room, as well as any other Temple-affiliated discussion areas.

1) Regarding Innuendo
While a healthy dose of innuendo is vital for the survival of the Temple, explicit sexual content, or innuendo that is deemed TOO racy, or may be construed as offensive, will be modded. Do not post pornographic material, or links to pornographic material, at all. Doing so is against the Invisionfree terms of service, and it will result in an immediate ban. If you want to post something or a link to something that may be indecent but you are not sure if it is truly pornographic, then please get the opinion of at least one administrator. Again, the punishment for breaking this rule is an immediate and most likely permanent ban.

2) Regarding Trolling and Flaming
No trolling or flaming. Trolling is defined as posting messages or topics solely with the intent of annoying other users. Flaming is clearly insulting other users with intended malice. The penalty for this depends on the severity of the infraction as judged by the member of the moderation team who responds. The first offense will warrant either a verbal warning or an official warning, and subsequent offenses will warrant at least an official warning and may result in a user being put on post preview.

In topics welcoming new members, please refrain from inflammatory posting or behavior, as per the usual standards of respect laid out elsewhere in this list of rules. Overzealous Clan recruiting in welcome topics is frowned upon. Have faith - new members will let us know if they want in a Clan.

3) Regarding Appropriate Posting
Do not post offensive material without a warning! This goes for everyone. If you have material that may offend more sensitive users but that some part of the userbase ought to be able to handle and want to see, then you can post it with a warning. If you are not sure if it is not suitable for posting at all, check with a moderator or administrator before posting. The penalty for breaking this rule is a verbal warning, and then an official warning for the next offensive.

4) Regarding the Respect of Staffers
Insubordination of authority will no longer be ignored. Whether or not you like, or agree with what a mod or admin says or does, that person is a staffer, and maintaining a hierarchy of order is healthy to any entity. If you feel like a staffer has stepped out of line, clear it up with another staffer on MSN or through the PM system, and we will take care of the situation in our scary mod forum of doom.

5) Regarding Interpersonal Conflicts
Should conflict arise between members that exceeds the bounds of civil debate, staff members are authorized to take action. If, after an unofficial warning is given to each participating party, there is no cessation of hostilities, staff members are authorized to lock topics or to temporarily ban participants from the CBox. This may be done in addition to penalties given for breaking the trolling and flaming rules. If you feel like you should like to have a heated exchange with another member, please do so over MSN or over the PM system so that the rest of the Temple populace does not have to see what is a private discussion.

6) Regarding Language
Foul language should be kept to a minimum. This includes traditional curse words and derogatory terms. Using words related to homosexuality as slurs is allowed, nor are racial or religious slurs. Graphic descriptions of sexual organs and situations are right out. Some words are automatically censored; if you bypass the censor, you will be warned. Please use common sense. If you are unsure if a word is allowed or not, don't use it. If its bad enough to require question, it's likely going to offend somebody or not be allowed. The penalty for breaking this rule is a verbal warning, and then an official warning for the next offense.

7) Duh rules
- Do not register with multiple accounts. This will result in the extra account being banned and your main account being given an official warning.

- Please don't double post. Repeated offenses in this regard will result in being put on post preview. There are two permissable exceptions to this rule. The first is the Double Posting Topic in the PG subforum. The other regards bumping an old topic with relevant material.

- Please do not spam in sections of the forum not designated for such. List of sections of the forum designated for unbridled spam: pointless gibberish. That is all.

- Be nice, courteous, and respectful, and treat other members with the due respect as you would an administrator or senior member. We are all Kradenettes here, and treat everyone with kindness. Remember, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all!

- Meteor kills you. Period.

- Love Kraden! Failing to love the Almighty will result in shunning at best and being sacrificed at worst.
