I quit on the 13th, when I realized I was at about 5.5k, and wouldn't have any time at all to write over the next three days.

Had a story I liked, characters that flowed, plenty of material to work with, but for the first time, I simply didn't have the time. Trying to handwrite it didn't help, either, since I can't write fast. At all.

I've given up hope on hitting 50k. T_T I'm just gonna pass what I had last year and leave it; I have too much work to do. Good luck to all those that are still going - who is, anyway? Grim, Ninja...?

At least you tried, and that's what counts. There are lots of people that don't even do that much. Don't feel bad that you did not hit the 50k mark.

No one will ever read it... not in its current state... it needs to have time to go from ugly hungry catipiller to beautiful little butterfly.
