Step 1) either side elects one person to plead their case

Step 2) Each person in turn presents their arguement as seperate topics within the forum.

Step 3) The assembled Jury (chosen at random, contains one admin.) will pick points from each noting each points validation and merit in turn.

Step 4) The Jury then each casts a vote (New topic) to say who they think is in the right.

Step 5) The loser is sent from the courthouse as guilty and then are branded for their failure, they recieve a banner that must remain for 24 hours.

Step 6) An admin/mod will tidy up the whole thing into a single topic with the end result and everything necasary.
