(well I have given up on homework... it is a fail and I am exhausted but I decided to send shady back to camp before I went to bed myself)
The sun began to sink below the horizon, sending brilliant pinks and purples shooting through the tree branches. Shady decided quickly that she had stayed out much to late. Though she had smelled out her path she had taken a long, winding and convoluted one. To follow it back, even at a run, would bring her home far late into the night. Not only would she worry Saberain but spending a night alone in a still foreign land did not sound like the most pleasant of ideas.
Quickly, Shady went over the path she had taken in her head and calculated which direction would lead her strait back to camp. She howled into the chill air to tell Saberain that she was on her way back and took off through the trees. Occasionally stopping at a point in which her new path crossed her old she continued onward till the sun was but a remnant glow in the sky.
Finally she found camp, skidding to a halt just before it she stopped, caught her breath and then walked around to the entrance...
(soo... tired... soo... very... very... sleepy... zzzzzzz.....
