This is the Residence of Elrond. It is elegantly crafted out of pure oak form the surrounding forests of Rivendell. From here, Elrond oversees all of the activities in Rivendell as well as the path to the docks, which lead to the everlasting life.

You may stop by here if you wish to speak with Elrond..

One of Seremela's messengers made their way to Elrond's Residence. He nodded to Nella's in passing. Once inside, he bowed to Elrond.

"A message from Seremela, the queen of Lothlorien of the Elves," he said, presenting to Elrond a message. The parchment was wrapped up. On the inside, it read:


My friend and ally, Elrond of Rivendell,
You know of the hard times coming soon. I hope you have not forgotten our alliance. I have certain matters I must discuss with you of this evil that has come about. I have information to share, in fact. If you will please send permission for me to visit, back with my messenger to me, please do so.

Elrond smiled as he took the parchment and swiftly wrote out a note to her, permitting her to come.

He handed it back to the messenger and then bowed back to him.
