Aaray was getting tired of the loser she was having to drag to her current employer's door. The man who had hired her to track down an ex-business partner lived a few miles from the city Khoonda. She could see the city on the horizon. Her employer lived in his own private little oasis it seemed. Aaray didn't really care, she was getting paid alot for this guy.

"Hey hey, we can strike a deal...i have credits!!" the man begged Aaray, dragging his feet on the ground so as to slow her down. Aaray stopped, clearly annoyed now, and turned to the man, "Yeah? Well, i don't think you have enough to even start to tempt me." She snarled back, her voice robotic. Aaray continued to drag the man up the stone steps to the house. Suddenly, the man decided to use his weight against Aaray and he became dead weight. "Ugh, oh...my...god, you are being such a baby about this. Look you deserve this, you betrayed his trust." The man gave Aaray a look that said "Just try and move me." Aaray glared at the man from behind her helmet, and then took out her blaster and pressed it against the man's head, "I will shoot you, i swear, even though we are inches from the door, i don't care. I will still get paid, not as much as i would like to be, but still..." There was silence between them for a bit, and then the man gave in and stood up. He gave her no more trouble.

Aaray knocked on the door of her employer's very ostentatious estate. The door opened and Aaray and her prize where showed into a sitting room where her employer sat smoking. With a shove, Aaray presented her prize to her employer. "Did he give you trouble?" her employer asked, keeping his eyes on the figure on the floor. Aaray shrugged, "Yeah, a bit...but no more than expected. I think he and i understand eachother now though, don't we." She gave the man a nudge with the toe of her boot, being called a dirty word by him in return. "Oh, language please...remember i am a lady, you worthless pile of slime." Her employer gave a laugh, "Very good Aaray, you can collect your reward at the door, including an additional amount for the trouble." Aaray gave her employer a nod and turned on her heel. The butler gave her the credit packet as she left.

Aaray was glad to be out of that place. She hated the looks she got from that employer, they made her uncomfortable. The guy was like 50 years old and had a ton of mistresses his wife seemed to ignore. Aaray almost decided on going to Khoonda, but decided that she would check up on a smaller village, I haven't been there recently anyways, maybe some things have changed.. She walked over to her speeder at her signature pace, which was a rather quick walk. She then swung her left leg over the speeder, and sat firmly on the seat. As she sped through the forest like plain she dodged and weaved through vines and trees; she enjoyed making hairpin turns and sudden dodges on a speeder. As she was about to reach the village Aaray slowed the speeder to silent stop, dragging her left leg on the ground slighly. From her view on the speeder she could see four kids playing fighting. She mumbled harshly to the kids, "Don't scratch the paint," as she got off the speeder.

Aaray headed into the village, glancing around at the various shops she passed. She stopped at one merchant shop and looked at what the man was selling. She didn't recognize any of his wares, but it looked to be tools that he was selling. Aaray turned to leave the small stand when another merchant got into her face and began trying to sell her a strange looking fruit. As the man tried to interest Aaray, he put his arm around her shoulder. Nervously shrugging the man's arm off, Aaray politely declined the man's offer and continued to window shop.

What the inhabitants of Dantooine called a village Krow called a city. It have every quality of a city, but parking spots, and civilized people. Although he understood the people he still thought they would be a little more savege. Humans, and other race comprised the population of the village of Grean. Aaray had been there for days now after meeting a select few on Naboo. He was in a small hutt in the middle of it to be exact. several people surrounded all of them a different race. They all sat in indian stance, and was meditating heavily.

Krow was there teaching them the ways of the force. This had been going on for several days, and all of them were pretty equal in level. Outaide of the tent circled ten thousand fireflies. Which were attracted to the force users by the force. It was a trraining exercise, and if one firefly had broke the chain then they would fail. Krow alone could hold up too two-thousand. He was ecxpandng his force to them, and everything outside. Trying to gain more members to join the Arna. His range stretched to the edge of the village, and some objects were floating around in and outside the village.

He could feel something had entered his range, and knew it not harmless, but very familiar. He didn't know what it was, but he found himself trying to figure out what or who it was. A firefly flew off, and they all knew it. Opening their eyes everyone glanced at Krow. "I apologize my friends, you all did very well." He said, and then got up, and bowed to them all. They dd the same, and then left the hutt. Krow sat back down in the middle of the and began to concentrate. Two-thousand fireflies came to him flying in a rather violent motion.

He sent them away too the visitor outside of the village. The fireflies flew quickly weaving through people in the village, and than swarmed around looking for the stranger. They saw Aaray, and then returned the image to Krow. Seeing Aaray sorta shocked him, but he kept his composure. The fireflies flew within touching range of Aaray. As they swirled around in front of her they formed slowly. They then began to spell out "Are you here for me?" Letter by lerrer, and in a slow motion. The fireflie's glow was a reddish orange, and it was said to attract even the most inteligent creature. Only as a joke it would shine, and once it was discovered it would fly off before potentially being smashed.

Aaray had been watching a small group of performers entertain a crowd of people when the fireflies flew in front of her. She was about to swat them away in annoyance until she realized they were forming letters. "What the hell...." Aaray said to herself, a bit confused. She put the letters together in her mind, "Are you here for me? What?" Aaray glanced around suspiciously, but didn't see anyone taking very much interest in her. She looked back at the fireflies, only to see them swarm off.

"That was weird..." Aaray said to herself. She turned her attention back to the performers but was distracted once more by the feeling of someone tugging on her left arm gauntlet. Looking down at who was messing with her gauntlet, Aaray spotted two small children, obviously not realizing what they were playing with. One of the children went to touch the activator for the flamethrower on the gauntlet when Aaray suddenly pulled her arm out of their reach. "Hey, don't touch that!" She scolded.

The children looked as though they were about to cry. Aaray rolled her eyes and knelt down to their level. She had never been good with children. Pointing to the flamethrower, she explained, "Look, i didn't mean to make you cry...its just that this is very dangerous and could hurt you." The children still looked a bit upset, but cheered up when Aaray gave them each a credit chip from her reward packet.

Aaray smiled a bit to herself and then turned her attention back to the show, keeping her arms folded across her chest and out of reach of other curious children.

One firefly had stay, and that was what Krow intended. He made the firefly stay and try to get her to come to the hutt where Krow had resided. He smiled as the firefly continued to dance around Aaray. If he could make it talk he would, but he wasn't that in tune with the force like some others. The firefly landed on her shoulder, and began to glow as light as it could. It focused on attracting her attention so that she would follow it to the hutt.

It the flew off infront of her still hlowing bright. It danced as it stopped in the air waiting for Aaray to follow it. Though Krow wasn't sure she would follow it. He tried. He would probably have to come out to the performers, and make his prescence known, which would be bad. It would ruin the surprise meeting. He made the fly dance and interpertive dance. That no one really understood, but didn't care to know either.

Aaray soon noticed that one firefly had stayed behind. It seemed that it was attempting to get her attention. Frowning, Aaray looked around at the people surrounding her. None of them seemed overly concerned about this little bug's display.

The firefly flew a little ways to her right and behind her a bit, towards the middle of the village. It seemed to want her to follow it. Aaray felt some sort of pressing feeling come over her, her instincts told her to follow the bug, but her reflexes said she was just over reacting.

Sighing, Aaray decided to follow the firefly, I must be out of my mind...i probably need theropy..., she thought to herself. She acted liked she had lost interest in the performers and had decided to leave so as not to gather suspicion as to why this prominant young bounty hunter seemed to be following a glowing bug.

The sounds of the performance near the front of the village became faint as the firefly led her deeper into the village, towards its center. Soon, a simple hut came into Aaray's view. At this point, Aaray's reflexes kicked in and told her not to go any farther. The middle of the village wasn't too busy since many of the people were either at the markets or shops near the front. Aaray didn't want to be ambushed and didn't really know who or what wanted her to come to this hut. She was glad that her boots made her cautious approach to the hut soundless, but she knew that wouldn't help her if there was someone stronger than her in the hut.

Krow should have thought of Aaray's paranoid nature, but he had hoped that she would figure that he was behind all of this. The firefly had flown off, and then Krow began to speak, "You are too cautious, but that could be good in a sense." He said as he got up from his concentration. He walked towards the door of the hutt, and then smiled as he reached her vision. "Long time no see stranger." He said, and then with a blink of an eye the firefly came back, and began to dance with another one that had joined as well.

Krow walked down the steps slowly, and held his hands up. "I'm not an imposter. it's me Lucius Krow." He held his hands up as a show of submission. Hopefully he wouldn't startle her to the point where she would let off a blaster shot. He continued to smile looking at Aaray with a smile on his face, and keeping his natural color. He began to wonder. Would she be more comfortable if I looked like a human? He thought to himself, he didn't ask because he didn't want to assume anything.

He took several steps more after getting off the steps. He was at least two feet away from Aaray. Putting his hands down by his side, and walked up to her face to face. "You really are short." He said playfully, and the attempted to give a welcoming hug. He would squeeze playfully if she hugged back. I didn't expect her to be here. I wonder what she is doing here? He thought to himself, and then looked down at her.

The fireflies continued to dance. Despite the fact that Krow could control them it was mating season, and their dance could happen anywhere. Krow wanted to do that dance, but with Aaray that might not be possible. There were still some things that had to happened first.

Aaray clenched her right fist reflexively when Krow spoke, since she was slightly startled. The clenching of her fist caused the grip claw set on her right gauntlet to extend out with a slight shink sound. When she realized who had spoken to her, another clench of her right fist retracted the grip claw set. I should've known it was him... Aaray thought to herself, but it never hurt to be a bit cautious.

Krow reassured her that he was indeed himself and not an imposter. "I know," Aaray said cooly, clicking off her voice synthesizer on the word "know", "If you were an imposter, i would be dead already i am sure..." Aaray smirked when Krow called her short, "Pfft, oh please...4 inches, thats not too much of a height difference. Besides, it is nice not having to look down at someone all the time."

Aaray glanced around and spotted no one who seemed to be dangerous. She took off her helmet and held it to her side, she then looked at Krow, not caring that he didn't look human. She considered that a relief, since she just had to deal with a very annoying human not too long ago. She allowed Krow to hug her, returning the hug, albeit a bit nervously though, since hugging wasn't something she did often...atleast not in public. Aaray made sure not to hit him accidentally with her helmet.

She had to admit to herself that she did feel comfortable around Krow, and trusted him more than she had. "So...why are you here?" Aaray asked releasing Krow from the hug. She would tell Krow why she was on Dantooine only if he asked.

Krow could feel the akward that had bcome over Aaray. She hadn't been too emotional in her life. A hug bothers her somewhat. Krow stepped back and then looked at her with her helmet off. She wasn't that bad looking in his eyes. She had really mice looking hair, well at least thats what he thought. His gray eyes scanned over Aarays body, sometimes doing a double take. He was somewhat obvious with it. Looking back up at her as she fought her point in the conversation of being only four inches shorter than he is.

"Four inces is four inches, and that makes you shorter than me by four inches." He said playfully. He was very surprised that she was here, and what she was doing here he really didn't know, but it really didn't matter to him. She was probably here taking care of a bounty that struggled, and tried to get out of it. "I am here raising an army for the Arna." He said in a slight sarcastic tone. He really here to do so, but wasn't too sure if he should be tell her that.

"What ara you doing here?" He asked with a sly tone. "Stalking me?" He said as he turned his back to try and not laugh. He knew that wasn't the case, but he just wanted to enjoy the time they had together instead of being serious all the time. He wanted to break her out of her shell, and that was going to take some time. Krow would surely get to her somehow though. He would attempt to teach her something about the force, or at least try to get her to want to learn it.

Aaray blushed slightly and looked at a spot on the ground for a few seconds as Krow looked her over. There really wasn't much he could see in terms of body shape since she had a flight suit (onto which the matte black armor was attached) on over her bodysuit.

With a sigh and a slight smile, Aaray allowed Krow to win the height argument, "Fair enough, you win." As Krow told her that he had come to Dantooine to train an army for the Arna, she picked up on his sarcastic tone. Her eyes narrowed slightly, but she decided not to push the subject, replying in an equally sarcastic tone, "Ohhhh...and Dantooine definately has army-ready citizens."

Aaray laughed a bit when Krow as if she was stalking him. "Stalking you? No...i don't stalk people for free. I was here doing my job...well, finsihing a job i suppose." She sighed, "To be honest, i am glad that one is over...that employer gives me the creeps..." Aaray shuddered slightly. "The guy is like really old and has a ton of mistresses...and apparently doesn't know any other bounty hunters besides me...i wouldn't work for him if he didn't pay so much."

Krow laughed at her semi sarcastic fact that Dantooine has army ready people. "You don't understand. I meant force users. We are not army people." He said in a semi deffensive tone. He was right about her being here finishing a job that she prefer not to do, but the pay is good, and she needed the money. "So she pays you to find her cheating husband?" He asked, and then stepped aside, and invited her into the small hutt.

"Join me for some tea?" He said, and then smiled at her. He noticed that she was a bit embarresed, but none the less didn't mind as he checked her over. "This is also where I train force users, so this hutt has a lot of force flowing through it still after the trainning." He said, and then hoped that she would be able to feel some of the flow of the force in her. Then he could begin to help her learn. Just a little bit, and he would might have another member to the Arna.

Aaray had to admit to herself, she liked Krow's laugh. She shook her head when Krow asked if her current job involved her finding a cheating husband. "No...the wife tends to ignore all the mistresses, even though they are constantly in and out of the estate. It was the husband who hired me to find an ex-business partner of his who cheated him out of a ton of money...i don't do the 'follow my husband and see if he is cheating' gigs. The husband is the one who gives me the creeps...he gives me weird looks...i don't know, i feel bad for his wife though..."

When Krow offered her some tea, Aaray thought for a second then agreed, "Sure...i suppose i can stay for some tea..." She entered the hut when Krow stepped aside to allow her in. She listened as he spoke about how he also trained some force users in the hut. "Oh...", Aaray looked around the hut, it was fairly simple to her, but she liked things simple. She looked over her shoulder at Krow, "So, thats what was with those fireflies earlier?" She smirked slyly.

Aaray was interested in learning some of the force...if she could learn. If it could make her more powerful and help her stand a chance against hostile force user (should she have to protect herself), then it was definately worth learning. The only thing that confused her was how someone could learn to be a force user. All the force users she had heard of had been born with obivous signs of being able to use the force, and she hadn't been.

"It sounds to me that you shouldn't take anymore bounties from this old guy." He said, and then walked in to the hutt behind her. Krow sat on the opposite side of Aaray, and he sat indian style. "You know I could see you in their eyes. The fireflies." He said giving up the way he knew she was here. "The firefly exorcise is a force concentration exercise. Once you can concentrate enough of the force you can practically do anything with it." He said, and ten he lit a fire in the pit in the middle of the hutt. Raising his hand a shock of lightning struck the wood, and a small fire started.

He hung the tea kettle over the fire, and let it sit. "So would you like to try the firefly exercise?" He asked, and then hit his right palm against his forehead. "Nevermind that. Tell me do you feel something flowing around you?" He asked, and then took his mask off and putt it in his robes. Krow could no longer deny it. If she could learn the force then anyone can be taught. Hopefully he won't be waisting time and she will become a strong force user. He also wanted her to leave her bounty hunter ways, and become his companion more than his padawan.

"Before we can even try the fireflies exorcise. We have to master force manipulation, and in order to do that you have to feel the force." He said with a small smile on his face. He knew the training will have to do with touching each other, and hopefully Aaray would be comfortable. Krow could possibly form a connection with Aaray so strong that they could possibly hear each others thoughts, and that could potentially be dangerous. He didn't worry too much. He din't intend to get that close. Or did he?

Aaray shrugged her shoulders when Krow mentioned that she shouldn't take anymore bounties from the creepy old guy, "Eh...its not that simple...not with bounty hunting...". Aaray sat down after Krow had, her legs crossed. She payed attention as Krow explained his use for the fireflies.

She didn't react when Krow shot some lightening out of his hand to start the fire. She had seen that done once before by a Sith who had once contracted her. The Sith tortured the man she had caught for him with the lightening, pretty much making Aaray enjoy the show. That was the only time she had worked for a force user. She briefly let her mind explore that memory a bit, then turned her attention back to Krow when he asked if she would like to learn the firefly exercise he had mentioned.

She was about to reply when Krow asked if she felt anything around her in the hut. Aaray sat for a few moments, she did feel something, "I think so...i really don't know what the force is supposed to feel like so...i don't know if that is what i feeling..." She narrowed her eyes slightly when Krow explained that in order to do the firefly exercise, she had to master manipulation of the force first. "We have to feel the force? And how would we go about doing that?" She arched her left eyebrow on the first question, and raised them both rather innocently on the second question.

"Maybe I will understand later on." He said, and then he laughed slightly. He sighed softly, and then looked down at the fire. "Perfect." He said, and then looked back up at Aaray. He listened that she said something about being able to feel something, but she wasn't sure what it was. "What were you thinking about? " He said asking out of curiosity. "You seemed to leave the room when you were thinking." He said, and frowned a bit.

This is going to be harder than I thought. He thought to himself. Krow continued to listen as she went on about having to feel the force. "Feeling the force is easy. You just have to concentrate. Sit indian sttyle, and stare at the fire. Watch it. Become it. Also you have to clear your mind. You have to empty it. Do not focus on anything but the fire. Feel it, and let it flow through you." He said, and then he looked at her with a small smile on his face.

He knew that she would think he was crazy, but he wasn't she was going to feel it, and understand it. "When you can feel the fire. You can feel the force." He said, and then he sat back, and concentrated on the force. The room became black, and there was no exit now. Even Krow had disappeared. It was just Aaray, and the fire. Even the tea kettle was gone. The fire grew bigger, and it began to dance. It swayed elegantly making it almost unbearable to not look at.

Aaray grimaced when Krow asked what she had been thinking about. She didn't want to explain it, but she knew it was better to be truthful, she liked Krow anyways.

"Oh, it was just a past job...it was a long time ago...way before i met you really. I had been hired by this guy, and he wanted me to bring a twi'lek to him for some reason. He didn't tell me, and i know i should've asked...but i didn't. Anyways, i did what he asked of me and brought the twi'lek to him...and thats when my employer showed himself to be a Sith...a rather powerful one too. Anyways, he tortured the twi'lek with lightening, inviting me to watch. And by "inviting" i mean telling me to watch or well...ya know...anyways, i felt really horrible for completing that mission..." She was silent for a few moments, then continued, "The Sith hasn't contacted me again, but if he does...i am afraid i will have to accept his job again, since as a bounty hunter, i really can't just stop taking jobs from certain employers....its like selling your soul, once its sold its gone."

Aaray fell silent and listened to Krow as he told her how to being feeling the force. Concentrating wasn't a problem for her, nor was clearing her mind, since she did that before every hunt. However, she gave him an odd look when he began to talk about letting the fire flow through her and feeling it. It sounded painful. But, Aaray had a high pain tolerance...and if this is how force users started, then it couldn't be that horrible.

She got a bit uncomfortable when the room went dark and it was just her and the fire, which had suddenly grown in size. There was no Krow nor exit. Aaray sat perfectly still, cleared her mind, and concentrated on the fire. She moved back slightly as it got a bit closer too her, but eventually she began to feel warmth. The atmosphere seemed to change a bit as she tried to concentrate more, but she really didn't know what to make of this warm-feeling. The whole idea of feeling the force was really a new concept to her.

"You feel it. The enlightning feeling. The warmth?" He said as he watched her, and continued to observe the fire. "The flow is what you are looking for." He said as he forced the force into her, and around her. He wasn't going to overload it, but he had to do something. "Do you feel a since of control? Try and make the fire bigger or smaller." He said, and then went silent. He didn't need to distract her any longer. He just sat back and watched as she focused.

Aaray heard Krow speak to her, asking her if she felt and enlightening, warm feeling and a since of control. His voice sounded a bit far off to her. She felt more of the warm feeling around her and tried to focus on what Krow had asked, to make the fire bigger or smaller.

At first, nothing happened, the fire just stayed the same, not getting any bigger or smaller in size. However, she continued to try to focus on shrinking it, since she wasn't to keen on wanting it any bigger. After a few moments, the fire seemed to shrink just a tiny bit in size and Aaray tried harder to get it smaller, but that was as small as it got. This got Aaray a bit frustrated, but she knew that it was going to take time to master.

"Very good Aaray. Mow make it bigger. You have to be able to make it bigger. Focus." He said, and then the room became normal again. "You have potenial, but probably like your thinking you will need more training." He said, and then Looked over at Aaray. "I apologize for the illusion, but I needed you to focus." He said as he smiled. "Now tthat you have an idea of whats to do. I want you to try, and feel the force. When you do embrace it, and it will be yours." He said not explaining it too much to so that she could understand herself.

He was taught the same way, and he wasn't going to change the methods unless he saw fit. He closed his eyes, and began to meditate. He had faith that she could do it, and when she did he would have a companion. He let the force flow through him, and he felt the enlightment of the force. It was a natural feeling to him, and it will be to Aaray. The time went by, and night began to fall. He wanted to finish this later. At the same time he wanted to see if she could learn this fater than he could.

Aaray winced when Krow told her to make the fire bigger once she accomplished making it smaller. I knew he was going to ask that..., she thought to herself. After a few moments of trying, Aaray was able to make the fire just a tad bigger. She wasn't even completely sure if she was actually doing it.

She wasn't upset with Krow for making the room go dark, though it had startled her. The incident had helped her to concentrate however, since it was just her and the fire. She was glad, however, that the room was back to it's normal state.

Aaray wasn't too sure at first what to do when Krow instructed her to feel the force. Aaray watched Krow for a few seconds as he meditiated, figuring that she was probably supposed to do that as well, in order to feel the force. Aaray closed her eyes and slowed her breathing. After a few moments of not really feeling anything, Aaray began to feel calm. A feeling of comfort followed soon after. Aaray really didn't know what to make of these feelings, since she had never felt the force before.

After a few minutes of this, Aaray sighed and opened her eyes, "I don't think i am as powerful as you with the force..." Aaray knew she would get better with training, but she didn't think she would be as powerful as a Jedi or Sith.

Krow sighed. "Thats something you don't need to worry about." He said as he made the tea kettle float in mid air. The tea was done, and ready to be served. Krow manipulates the kettle to pour the tea into the small cups. Once the cups were full the tea kettle was sat down, and the cups began to float. In opposite directions they split, and Aaray recieves her cup, and Krow recieved his. "You only need to focus on you. You have to believe in yourself." He said in a slight frustraited voice.

Krow got up slowly only using his legs to do so. Taking a step following with several more Krow was behind Aaray. He sat behind her with his legs seperated. Each leg on one side of Aaray. "Trust me?" He said, and then sat up to were his chest would be placed on her shoulders. Krow then stretched his arms out infront of her, and then they began to close in around her. If she didn't want him to do this then all she had to say was no. He was going to help her feel the force.

Once his arms had closed around her he let out a large breath. The room became dark again, and it was just Aaray, and Krow. "Focus on me. Feel me. Let the force flow through, and grow with me." He said, and then fell silent. The force began to take take control, and Krow would continue to hold her close, and dearly. He was slightly nervous, but he didn't show it, and the force had allowed him to block that feeeling out.

Aaray took her tea cup and was about to take a sip when Krow got up and was suddenly sitting behind her with his arms around her. He asked if she trusted him, which she did, nodding in reply. Aaray tensed slightly, but quickly relaxed. Normally, she would never allow someone to be this close to her, but she didn't mind Krow being this close, she liked it infact.

Krow instructed her to focus on him and to grow with him as the force flowed through them. In order to do that, Aaray brushed aside the notion of how close they were, she trusted Krow and knew he was just trying to help her feel the force.

Eventually Aaray began to feel enlightened, as well as more confident. Aaray slowed her breathing and focused. As she did this, Aaray allowed herself to lean back slightly into Krow, just enough to let him know that she was okay with how close he was to her.

Krow could see that Aaray was starting to understand. He smiled, and then Aaray leaned more into him, and that would have made him blush if he could. Good good you are understanding. He said to Aaray in his thoughts. This was the test to see if they were compatible in the force. "You are a quick learner." He said taking his right arm and removing it from her abdomen area. He brushed it lightly down her arm reaching her hand. He opened his hand, and let it sit open on top of her right hand.

He hand began to glow a silverish glow. He would wait for her to do the same should she choose to. Krow was forming the bond between the two, and he knew it. He hoped that Aaray would accept it, and slowly but surely he would become her companion, and she would become his.

Krow then did the same thing with his left arm, and hand. Even this light in the force Aaray had a glow as well, and it was baded on her true self. How she felt about things. If she listens to her head or heart. Her entire life will be reflected in the glow she portaits. Krow already knew where he belonged, but he needed to know where Aaray would belong.

Aaray frowned abit when she heard Krow's voice in her head. It startled her slightly. She wasn't too sure how to respond, but she gave it a shot, You are quite patient with me...i can be a bit of a tough student.... She projected this thought at Krow, hoping she did it right.

Aaray smiled when Krow told her she was a quick learner, "I have to be...with my line of work." She said softly. Aaray watched as Krow placed each of his hands on to hers, a silver glow coming from them. Something told Aaray to take a hold of his hands, that it was okay.

Aaray took off her gloves and placed them next to her, and turned her hands up, noticing a blue glow. Her head was telling her not too, but her heart was saying go for it. Aaray allowed her palms to touch Krow's.

We Falleen are very patient people. When it comes to you though. I will be a patient as you need me to be. He said in his thoughts. It worked they can communicate thruogh the force. He knew what that meant, and he wanted to tell Aaray what it meant, but wasn't sure if he should a the moment. Your line of work is bad. Will you give it up to become a Jedi like me? He said as he continued to communicate with Aaray through the force.

He looked down at her hands, and saw that they had a blue glow to them. He smilled, and intertwined his hand with hers. And your line of work conflicts with your glow. Strange. He said to her. Closing his hands in hers he fell silent. He was serious about her fgiving up her job as a Bounty Hunter, and becoming a commited Jedi. She wouldn't have to be paranoid anymore, because she would be with him.

I strongly urge you consider this. I fear if you continue down this road ir will change your glow to red. Not that it matters, but I like your blue glow. He said his words much easier, because he could use his mind. He didn't have to try to say anything he could think it, and she could hear it. They can stay connected now even if they are on different planets.

Aaray smiled when Krow said that he would be as patient with her as she needed him to be. Her smiled faded however, when he suggested she become a Jedi and give up being a bounty hunter. Being a bounty hunter is all i've ever known...all i have ever been trained for...

She smiled again when he commented that he liked the blue glow her body emitted, prefering it to the red. She also appreciated it when he said that it wouldn't matter if she had a red glow. I don't support the Sith...and if i had known that previous employer was one...i would've refused his offer. I wouldn't have been in trouble had i refused the job, since he was a first time employer...but he didn't reveal himself to be who he truely was until i had completed the job for him. She laughed slightly when he mentioned it was strange that her glow conflicted with her profession, "Well, just because i hunt down people for a living doesn't mean i am completely heartless." she said out loud.

She watched as Krow closed his hands around hers, enjoying the feeling of being able to touch someone else and actually be able to feel their skin, or scales in Krow's case. Her gloves normally prevented her from feeling that contact. Aaray realized how strange they would look should someone just walk in: a Falleen jedi and a female bounty hunter in full mandalorian armor, minus the helmet and gloves, sitting so close to eachother. Aaray had to be careful not to hold Krow's hand too hard, or else the gripclaws on her arm gauntlets would extend. That was the problem with Mandalorian armor at times, it protected you to the fullest extent that it could, but it prevented desired closeness. An intimate moment had to be carried out with care, a hug after months of not seeing eachother could have bad consequences should they not be careful for example.

"I told you once, i believe, that Jedi confuse me. Jedi don't think about themselves, they only think about others. Which is good and everything, but its strange to me. I think it is okay for people to think about themselves once in a while, not selfishly like the Sith do, but just in general. I think that, if you think too much about others, and deny the "self" the attention it needs...then eventually the "self" disappears, making a person empty." Aaray sighed, pausing, "I don't know if i am making any sense to you...and i don't mean to offend...my father respects Jedi and Sith, considering them both to be worthy opponents, however also considering Jedi to be honorable as well...something he doesn't consider the Sith." Aaray fell silent, lightly running her fingers on the back of Krow's hand.
