E3 2008, *GASP* A TOPIC

Ok, what a way to utilize a forum than MAKING A THREAD YAYYYYY!

Anyway, this is a topic to discuss things that you find interesting in this year's E3.

My List:

Nintendo

- Animal Crossing Wii: Pretty cool, not great, but hey, i know Zen likes it.

- The Wii speaker thingy: WTF nintendo! You couldn't release this with BRAWL!

- Wii SportR Sword fighting: nice job motion +

Sony
- InFAMOUS: Nice looking game

-Kill Zone 2: GREAT loooking game

-MAG: ZOMG 256 multiplayer, 8 squads, 1 world....awsome

-Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm: I love Naruto

Microsoft(*Holy music*)
- Interface: Nice stuff with the avatars, netflix...just capitalizing

- GEARS OF WAR DOS: Please...do I have to explain?

- Gears of War 2!!!!: Ok, I'll explain...meat shields, bayonett chainsaw fights, riding them Brumacks.....infinity

Misc
- Star Wars FU: Star Wars, has a place in my heart

- Prince of Persia: I never played one, but this looks real neat

- Dark Void: That whole vertical coverage thing looks really cool, plus the jetpack

Wii

Animal Crossing: City Folk-- Im glad they announced it, but not satisfied by it. Its a mixture of ACWW and AC with a small city. It needs more.
WiiSpeak-- Interesting idea, allowing everyone to talk. I guess Nintendo wanted something original.
Hinted At-- Nintendo hinted at a new Zelda game in progress, although that won't be out for a while.

Xbox 360

Gears 2-- Looks amazing. I loved the trailer they had for it.
Call of Duty: World at War-- Okay, its made by treyarch but they did have more time this time and it IS looking good
Unconfirmed Infinity Ward Game-- Infinity ward's 3 games, which are CoD, CoD2, and CoD4, have all been massive hits. Unfortunatly they don't get full control of the seires. They have been hinting at a custom game they will get full control over, which would be amazing.
New Interface-- Looks good. All the new stuff they announced with it seems interesting as well (the party system and everything)

PC

Red Alert 3-- Been looking forward to Russia vs. USA vs. Japan
Dawn of War 2-- New trailer spells out TYRANIDS, but possibly says "no chaos". Hopefully there will be at least 5 factions.

completely awaiting the new xbox interface, shame they trashed the original one (hope theres an option to keep it as a style, include the new stuff into it of course) but I gotta admit a lot of people will be mad if themes and gamerpics become useless...including myself (didn't buy the halo 3 xbox 360 for nothing...)
gears is shaping well and a new zelda game would be appreciated

They better make a Wii Speak headset, the way it is now is going to pick up waaay too much other crap and not just your voice.
