Gettin Hitched, Draco and James

[Harry Potter]

Harry Potter leaned nervously against the wall in an alley way, looking a bit annoyed. He waited for Hermione and Draco silently. His eys watched everything from under long raven hair and quite a few people skirted him nervously. He jumped as Emma appeared, looking nice and a bit annoyed.

"I can't belive you!" she snarled, poking im in the chest. "Trying to get away with not telling me! I had to curse it out of Hermione, she's fine and I obliviated her, but still!" she sighed and dropped her hand. "I'm coming. It's not fair you have a best man and Hermione has no maid of honour. I took the liberty of getting us flowers and you and Draco buttoneirs." she continued, to his shocked look. Then, whipping out her wand and turning her back to passersby, she trimmed his hair.

"Wow?" was the only thing he said before kissing her on the cheek. "Glad you could, erm, make it?" At he nod he shook his head.

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco appeared, laughing, all-beit silently. He moved over to the two and kissed Emma on the top of her head. ~Your bride shall be along shortly.~ He paused, glanceing at Emma. /Shall us boys disappear and leave you girls to get ready? And then we'll meet you at the ceremony?/ He asked Emma with a smile. It was one of the very few smiles he had given since he had been back. He waited as he hooked an arm around his brother's sholders.

Emma smiled at Draco and hugged him tightly, standing on tip toe to kiss his cheek. "I dunno..." replied with a grin. "'Mione dosn't exactly know I'm here..." she laughed softly and shook her head. "You two never stop getting taller, I swear!" she commented, shaking her head. "You both are the same height." She tilted her head. "I feel short."

Harry laughed at her comment and smiled at his brother. He hooked his arm around his brother as well and nodded. "Let's leave them here to dress. I think we'd both be killed if we stay." he kissed Emma's cheek again and said softly, "Tell 'Mione I send my love, alright?" she nodded and he turned to his brother. ~Shall we?~

Hermione appeared behind Emma. It took sheer skill to sneak past James and Sky. Well after she threw a sickle down and James and Sky both bent down and bonked their heads together knocking themselves out. She smiled at Harry. "No need." She looked at Em surprised and rolled her eyes. "Figures. Oh! And your boyfriend is knocked out with his brother. Sorry." She grinned. "But it wasn't my fault the two are idiots. They went for the sickle at the same time and hit their heads. Only way I could get away so don't kill me." She smiled at Draco and kissed his cheek. "I was thinking you could have threw Sky in the lake and have James trip off a tower but I couldn't find you so I thought the sickle idea was good enough." She hugged Harry and grabbed Em's arm. "OKAY LET'S GO! Before they find me!"

Emma pulled Hermione off with a wave to the boys and a small pop! of apperation. The appeared in a ritzy hotel room. "I rented it for the day." Emma explained. "Dani left me a note, telling..." she trailed off, swallowed and continued. "Telling me to give you this." Emma held out a dress bag, and unzipped it. Her voice lower, "She picked it out years and years ago, but that never happend. She told me that whoever got married first should wear it for her." Emma was in tears now. "You don't have to, but you can keep it. Perhaps for the real wedding?" she laughed. "I picked me and Ella up one as well, Lily'll be here in a bit. She and James insisted on seeing Harry married."

Hermione moved next to Emma. She pulled her into a hug. "Of course I'll wear it." She smiled and looked at the dress and gasped. "It's beautiful!" She pressed a hand to the dress and looked at the deatails to the dress. "It's perfect." She turned and wiped some tears away from Emma's cheek. "How much you want to bet that James and Skyler are going to track down Harry and try to beat him up and fail horribly and end up getting numoures of strange cuts and scratches everywhere?"

Emma hugged Hermione back and wiped her face, laughing. "I'm sorry, I just miss her." she shook her head and turned as Lily and Ella appeared.

Ella ran to Hermione, crying "Mummy, Grandmum said that I could have a cookie, but grandpa said that i'd get to hyper, so grandmummy gave me a cookie anyways!" she held up the chocolate chip cookie for all to see and took a bite.

Lily smiled. "James decided that he didn't want to share his cookie." she explained with a shrug. "So I got her one on the way here." the older woman kissed Hermione's cheek fondly and hugged Emma tightly, looking the two girls over with a sad smile. "You two have grown up so much." she commented softly. "From the skinny little sixteen year old you were."

Harry in turned appeared with Draco in another hotel room that Emma had rented and flopped onto the bed with a sigh. "I can't belive I'm doing this." he mumbeled.

James appeared. "Me neither." he agreed with a small laugh. "Getting hitched in Vegas?" he asked, looking proud. "Now why didn't I think of that. Sirius would have loved that!" he sat down next to his son pulling him into a sitting position. He then patted the other side of the bed for Draco to sit down on. "You both will be fine. You've been married for a few months, and you're elopeing with your girlfriend." James dropped his head into his hands. "You two are crazy. I would have ran away with Lily and Remus, leaving Sirius to mope about and cry and whine, then come back with a big cookie to make him feel better." He ruffled the boy's hair. "But that's just me."

Hermione smiled at Ella and picked her up in her arms kissing her forhead. "Really now?" She smiled at Lily. "Let's hope James doesn't start burst out crying and we're forced to cart him out with a bach of cookies tied in front of him." She smiled at Ella and kissed her nose. "Are you excited?"

James and Sky woke up drowsey. James sat up and rubbed his head. "OW! I feel like I was smacked in the head by a huge stick that Emma decided it would be funny to see if my head could fly off." Sky rubbed his head and stared at him. James looked at him. "What?" Sky shook his head and got up peering into Hermione's room. "She's gone." He started to walk off. "Well I guess it's time for dinner." James grabbed him by the back of the collar. "NO WAY! Forget your stomache." Sky whined. "But it's easy for you to say that. YOU NEVER EAT! I am a normal person and eat." James dragged him back. "Define normal."

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco let Harry lead the way. He wasn't quite sure how he felt about everything. After his past wedding... but no one knew about this one. Many things were nagging at him. He wanted his brother to be happy, but he also wanted his brother to be, and remain, safe. He felt worried, but he had to shrug it off, for Harry. He sat on the bed as he was welcomed to. He kept a smile firm on his face, even though his insides burned with questions, fears, and emotions. He wasn't sure, but he thought it could be seen in his eyes, too, so he let them drop. /It has been crazy. Very crazy. Everything's moveing so fast. But, at least everything's going smoothly. Well, as smoothly as could be expected, of course./ He grinned.

[Harry Potter]

James chuckled and shook his head. "Alright, alright. I get it. I'm going to find Lily and Ella, I want another cookie and Lils said no..." with that, the older man dissaperated with a pop, leaving the brother's sitting there.

Harry said, conversationally, "Everything's a bit more akward when the old man's around, isn't it?" he stood and moved to the window, fingers raking his hair thoughtfully. "I can't belive it's really happening." he turned to face his brother, hands on his hips, his posture remarkably like the blondes. He let his shoulders drop. "I'm worried." he whispered, leaning on the window, closing his eyes. "What if I'm horrible at having a family, about being a dad and a husband?" his voice was strained.

Emma smiled, watching Hermione and Ella.

Ella laughed. "Yup!" she agreed, wiggling out of Hermione's grip to flaunt her cookie in James' face. The man grimaced. "That one's bigger than the one grandmum got me!" he whined, shutting up when Lily smacked his shoulder fondly.

Hermione smiled at them and put Ella down. "Go eat your cookie." She hugged James. "I'll get you more cookies later. Sky made a bunch. Just steal them. I do it all the time."


Sky thought for a moment. "Someone not you. That's normal." He shook his head as James laughed and closed Hermione's door. "Well then we need to find her anyways. Who knows where she's gone off." Sky shrugged. "I say leave her be." James crossed his arms. "I say go find her."
"Leave her be."
"FIND HER!"
"LEAVE HER BE!"
The twins stared at each other then tackled each other rolling down the corridor and down the stairs biting, kicking, and in James' case, licking each other.

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco had been about to agree that he was worried, too, when Harry shocked him. So much so that he almost fell off the bed. He recomposed himself quickly before answering. /Harry, Brother, you'll be a great father, look how well you do with Ella! And a great husband, as you are a great boyfriend to Hermione. And... if you aren't sterile, I'm sure a family will come easily enough./ The blonde grinned at the raven-haired boy with a silent laugh.

[Harry Potter]

Harry was shocked, and he did fall over, laughing. "Oh, that was great." he wiped his eyes, getting up with a grin. The smiled shrank, but remained. "Change." he murmered, fingering the band of leather around his wrist. "Everything's changeing." he coughed and sat down. "I need to tell you this, Draco. About Dani." he ran a hand over his face. "She's not really dead."

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco smiled. /That was the point./ He let his mind wonder. /Yeah, but maybe it'll be good./ He shrugged. At Harry's last words, Draco smiled, again. /I know she's not. Never was./ He paused. /After all, she has, and always will be in all of our hearts.../ He let his voice trail off. He had known, but he hadn't told Harry. Of course, he hadn't really opened up to Harry that much, lately.

[Harry Potter]

Harry smiled. "So you know about Verra? And our plans on getting into the Death Eater's lair with a pretty girl with a wicked mind?" Harry leaned on his brother, watching the wall. "She decided that she couldn't take TMA anymore, that she needed to get into somthing a little more wild. Who would have thought?" he chuckled. "Dani. A deatheater." he quieted down and shook his head.
