Ver was rushing to the healing center as fast as she could while still wheeling the stretcher Draco was on gently, with some help from Chloe.
As soon as they reached the healing center, she levitated Draco from the stretcher to the bed and placed him down gently.
"DANI!!!!!" She yelled as she turned around, looking for Dani. "Dani, if you can hear me, its Ver, I'm here with Draco and Chloe...Draco kind of needs your help!" She shouted, hoping that Dani would hear her and be able to help and heal Draco. She went and sat by the bed. "Hey, you still doing alright?" She asked Draco softly, making sure he was still conscious and such. She looked at Chloe and sighed. 'So....interesting detention, huh?"

Chloe sighed.

"Yeah."

She put her face in her hands.

"What was I THINKING, going off on Cara? She's a Magid, she could have smashed me flat in like 20 different ways."

She looked at Ver.

"Um...I don't really know Dani that well, so uh, you wanna fetch her or should I?"

"No one needs to fetch me, and Ver lower your voice. Bloody hell, you'd think it was a mosh pit, the way you are carrying on." Dani came out of her room in a electric blue tank top and thigh-length robe of white over a denim skirt and black leggings. She had her Jimmy Choos in hand. She swore, dropping her shoes and moving to Draco, wand in her hand and waving it. "What happened?" she demanded, the icy calm tone in her voice suprising even herself. "Drac?" she asked softly. "Hey, you alright?" she looked worried.

Veronica smiled at her friend. "Sorry Dani, but, i was just a little...anxious." She said quickly.
She heard the sharpness in her voice and decided it was best to explain immediately. "Well, we had detention with Cara today, and, she kind of went a little harder on him, i'm afraid he's really hurt. He was pelted with ice, wind, rain, lighting, you name it." Ver looked to Dani and sighed. This was possibly the worst detention she had ever had. She prayed to merlin that draco would be ok.

Draco's eyes fluttered open at the sound of Dani's voice. He shifted slightly. "Yeah, I'm okay. You know Cara when she's pissed. I wouldn't let her get to the girls." He paused, takeing a deep breath. "I was beaten as normal, but not as badly as normal." He looked at her. "It was my fault. Don't heal me. I'll be fine in a few day's time anyway. I just need sleep." He replied, calmly.

"Dont be a prat." Dani replied, making a face at him. "This is my job. Mostly." she pulled out her wand and waved it over him, reading her diognostic charms with a small frown. "Maybe not that bad, but you still were royally pounded, my friend." she tutted. She brushed his hair away from his face and smiled slightly. /Sorry I was being a git to you, last week. I... I dunno.../ she waved her wand, easing the pain.

She then turned to the other girls. "Have a seat on the beds and let me have a look at you. I don't care what Sir Draco says about it, our darling Cara has a habit of letting her emotions fly when she gets mad." Dani smiled slightly.

Veronica let out a sigh of relief as Draco woke up and was talking ok. "oh, thank merlin." She said softly as she sat down on one of the beds beside them, being careful not to get in the way of Dani, so that she could preform whatever tests she needed to.
She looked down at her bruised and scraped body and shrugged it off, it was really nothing compared to the complete walloping Draco got. "Yeah Dani, you know Draco, ever the knight trying to save the damsels in distress." She said with a tiny smile and a small roll of her eyes. "Really Dani, I'm fine, just some cuts and bruises, nothing needing to be healed, just help Draco for now, no matter what he says. " She said with a smile as she stuck out her tongue at Draco.

Chloe gingerly sat down on the bed on Draco's left side.

"I'm fine Dani. Draco took the worst of the beating. Please heal him."

She looked anixously at Ver.

"Will he be OK?"

Veronica looked at Chloe and gave a soft smile. "Yeah, I think he'll be ok."
She looked back over to Draco and softly patted his head. "You had better be ok, you prat." She said quietly with a tiny teasing smile.
She looked back to Chloe. "How're you doing? I mean, you must be a little hurt too, with the whole...Cara...incident and all." Ver said with a smalll concerned look, and a tiny smile.

Draco sighed as most of the pain went away. He looked up at Dani. /You had a right to be. And you still do./ He replied, softly. He glanced around before sitting up. He sifted, still in a bit of pain. "I'm fine. I'm used to Cara's punishments when she's angry. There have even been times when I haven't come here and I was much more pounded than this." He replied, calmly.

Veronica smiled and rolled her eyes at Draco. "Well, I'm glad your alright, Mr Knight in shining armor." She said with a laugh.
She looked down at herself and realized how extremly dirty and worn she looked. She had small cuts and bruises, and her clothing was torn in a few places, not to mention completely trashed. She sighed and looked at them. "I think I'm in need of some clothes, and definitely a shower." She said with a tiny laugh. "Would you like me to bring some of your clothes down here, Draco, or do you think your ok enough to make it back to your room?" She asked, still a little concerned. She looked at Chloe. "And, if you need to, you can just borrow some of my clothes for a while, and I can bring them here, or you can just shower at my dorm or whatever."
She looked at Dani and smiled. "Thanks for everything Dani, sorry I was causing a scene when we came in, your a saint though, and I shall worship you forever." Said Ver with a sincere smile and laugh as she looked at Dani.

Dani rolled her eyes and opened the door to her room. "Take a shower. Second door on the right, closet's the first and if you take my Vera Wang skirt I will kill you." She grinned teasingly.

She turned to heal the other girl. "There, you're good as new as well." she smiled. "Go to your rooms, take a long, hot bath and clean up. Lots of sleep and a full meal in the morning, healers orders.

Finally Dani turned back to Draco. /Do I?/ she asked skepticly. /I wasn't aware that holding a petty grudge against you ex was a right. If I knew that Micheal would be dead.../ She smiled and thrust a small bottle into his hands. "Take it in the morning, lots of sleep and no more pissing of Cara, dear one." she laughed. "Unless of course you can't help it..."

Veronica smiled. "Thanks Dani!" She said as she stood up and made her way to the shower. "And, Vera Wang skirt? Oh, I have no clue what your talking about....you mean, this one? Oh, but, its sooo my color!" She said with a teasing wink as she quickly shut the door so Dani couldn't kill her.
She quickly showered and changed into some of Dani's clothes, although she didn't take the skirt. She was pretty sure Dani wasn't exaggerating when she said she'd kill her if she took it. She did however put on a pair of dark jeans, and red shirt which seemed to marvously fit her, and compliment the Jimmy Choos she had borrowed. She stepped out of Dani's room and smiled, doing a quick turn and pose to show off Dani's wardrobe. "All better now, thank you my darling Dani." She said with a laugh. "And, are you holding out on me, cause these Jimmy Choos are FABULOUS!" She said with a laugh as she looked down."Just teasing, I'll send all of your clothes back after I change, as well as your Jimmy Choos, and I'll make sure they're in tip-top shape."
