She stood, ring in her hand, contemplating. /Draco? Can you come here, please?/ she asked him mentally, turning the ring over in her hand and sitting on her bed to conjure up a pot of tea. This ring was complicating everything for the both of them, and Dani wanted to take him from his obligations.

Draco, hearing Dani, sat up. He disappeared, reappearing in the air next to her. "You called?" He asked, softly. He was actually a bit scared. What was going to happen?

She grinned and caught his hand, pressing the ring into his palm. "You and only the current you should have the power to make your choice." she folded his fangers around the small ring and dropped his hand, smiling shyly. "I think this inclines you more at me, but I don't want that. I want it as fair as it can get." her smile faded as she moved away from him to pour herself and Draco a cup of tea. She offered it to him with a small smile.

Draco swallowed. He opened his hand and looked down at the ring. He was quiet for a long time, only moveing to take the tea and make it float in front of him. Finally, he looked up at her. "Are you serious?" He asked, softly.

"As serious as I can ever be without jumping off a cliff." she todl him softly, smiling. "I know what the obligations to my ring wer- are." she corrected herself. She picked the ring up and rummaged around her desk, pulling out a long thin chain and sliding the ring onto it, and tastening around Draco's neck. "It makes everything for the both of us complicated." she touched his cheek gently and brushed the hair from his eyes before moving away, afraid of what might happen if she remained.

Draco watched her as she moved around and delt with the ring. Tears came to his eyes, so he quickly looked down into his tea. He cleared his throat and added some sugrar to his tea, stirring it. He rubbed his eyes, feigning tiredness. "If you insist." He murmered, softly, swallowing. He took a sip of tea, putting on a hard, emotionless expression. Draco always was too thick-headed.

Dani smiled and nodded. "Unfortunatly I do mean it." she murmered softly, grabbing the catch in the back of her shelf and flipping it up, pulling the book that appeared down into her arms. She held it out to Draco. "I found this a bit ago, I didn't know if you wanted a look." it was the alblum he had given her ages ago, that she had just found.

Draco took a deep breath, inhaleing the smell of the tea. He looked at the book, took a sip of tea, then took the book. He let his tea float next to him as he flipped, slowly, through the book. He looked through each and every moveing picture. He had to try hard to keep himself from crying. He swallowed as he finished looking through it. He sat it on her bed. "Have you looked through it recently?" He asked, softly, a slight hint of pain in his voice.

She sat on the other side of the book. "Yes. Last night." she smiled at him and then looked down at the book, pulling it into her lap, tracing the design.

Draco nodded. He had on his 'formal' look. He gave a small smile. "So, how has everything been since you came back? I mean, I haven't been aroun to know, after all." He grinned.

Dani looked up still absent mindlly tracing the design on the top of her album. "It's been alright. Not...not the best." She shrugged.

'He's the Earth and Heaven to me- Oh shut up!' She shook her head and smiled. "Do you remember the Christmas dance?" she asked him softly alomst hesantly.

Draco nodded. "I can understand that. Have the students been kind to you, at least?" He asked, calmly. He nodded. "Yes, of course. How could I forget? Besides with whatever spell, of course." He gave a small smile. 'You were the most beautiful thing I had ever laid eyes on.' He shook his head, taking a sip of tea.

Dani nodded. "Very kind. I guess that after you and Harry, they've grown accustomed to odd things happening." she flipped her book open and looked through it, stopping when he spoke. "Thank you." she said softly, keeping her eyes down.

Draco grinned, laughing. "Yes, well, after everything that's happend, it doesn't surprise me. However, even with all that's been going on, teens will be teens." He grinned. "Which means there could be some trouble." He nodded.
