They have had, and still continue to have their differences, but they always seem to get over it and become friends again. They are not as close as some think they are, but they do share things about themselves that they would not tell a complete stranger. Most likely than not, they hang out and study together. Morgana gets along reasonably well with River, and would like to see their relationship flourish.

However, in their seventh year once Michael found out she was Damien's new girlfriend, his dislike for her heightened as he got to know her a bit better, hating the fact that his friend's girlfriend was a Gryffindor.

Morgana is in Gryffindor; Amanda hates Gryffindors, favouring only Slytherins. Morgana dislikes the fact that in classes, it's always the Slytherins who are treated well and Amanda will use any excuse to take house points from a student of another house, or punish them in antoher way.

As cousins, of course they spent a lot of time together before they went to Hogwarts. They were probably a lot better friends before Hogwarts. As they've grown older, they've drifted apart. Because of his lack of respect for authority, Jimmy frequently offends his prefect cousin. The two fight more than they talk, but Jimmy is still closer to Morgana than he is to most people.
