The setting is Miami, where the affluent party it up in South Beach and spend the nights at various clubs dancing it away. Money, sex, and drugs are all a part of the Miami lifestyle, but little do the citizens of this indulgent city know that they are being watched over by an undercover organization funded by the government known only as "The Agency".

The Agency makes the nights safer for the citizens by containing the largely unrecognized threat of the supernatural. There are vampires, werewolves, psychics, and even wielders of dark arts that seek power, and Miami is just the place for them to find it. The seedy lifestyle of Miami makes it the perfect place for these dark creatures to hide themselves amongst the population.

The only thing standing in their way is The Agency, who through several measures try to contain these power groups. The question is, how long will they succeed?
