Note: This is not a review.

This series has to be one of the greatest ever. It combinds Action, Shooter, Puzzle, Strategy, and alot more! It has an awesome storyline that has lots of twists and turns. So my question is, has anybody played it yet?

I agree. You need all 4 games to understand what's going on.

Well no, Stevie played it for about 5 minutes, and he skipped all the movies so he didn't know what was going on or what to do or how to play! And yeah it's not just one of those games you can just start playing. And you have to be smart to understand the storyline fully, and no Cody you don't have to play them all you really only have to play 1 and 2 to understand 3

I'm not into stealth games, so the gameplay would probably be kind of boring for me anyway. Oh well.

Haha, you just proved my point! You have to play the original ones to understand the new ones.

Uh, duh! It's a series of course you have to play the ones before new ones to know what is going on.

I'm just saying it's an inconvenience to have to buy them all.

Well, actually I didn't have to buy MGS. Have a mod chip in my Ps1 and got 2 & 3 lent to me. It is a really challenging game though and I could see why it might turn some people away(Not saying you guys).
