*The Game Club Forum's Communitiny Rules*

Welcome to Big Smoothin's Game Club Forum. Before getting involved in the video game and other board discussions, the forum staff requires that all registered members read through and understand the following rules completely. Questions or comments will be located in the FAQs forum. Any other questions you need to ask may be sent by e-mail or private message to any forum leader. Have fun! biggrin.gif

1. Post In The Correct Forum
If there happens to be a game you want to discuss, post it in the right forum. For example, if you wanted to discuss Grand Theft Auto's cars and you know that GTA is a type of shooting game, even if it is a shooting game it still has to be discussed in the Grand Theft Auto forum. If posting in the wrong forum continues, it would be added to your warning level.

2. Stay On-topic
The Chatterbox is where you can post off-topic replys. Doing it anywhere else is unacceptable. For example, if you wanted to post in the Music forum, you have to post something about music, not sports. You must post what the topic is referring to or it would be added to your warning level.

3. NO Posting In All Capital Letters
Yelling or not, no one likes to read posts full of capital letters. You can post a few words in caps. But it would be best to just use the Bold, Italic, or the Underlined fonts if you want people to view certian words or sentences. If you can't follow that rule, then please keep the caps lock off at all times. If this habit continues, it will be added to your warning level.

4. NO Spam
Do not post anything with little meaning like for example, "Lol," "Lmao," or anything like "I don't know" by itself. Also, do not post smile.gif alone either. You can still post those words but make sure you post a reply replying to the subject along with it. However, SPAM is allowed in The Chatterbox, Forum Activities, and the Jokes forums. If this continues outside those forums, it would be added to your warning level.

5. NO Insulting Other Members
If you have a problem with another member(s), please don't insult them in the forums. The only suitable solution is to simply PM (Personal Message) the user and handle your business. If you continue insult another member on the forums, you would be banned on how bad the situation was. If it was small, it would be added to your warning level instead.

6. NO Discrimination Of Any Kind
Discrimination of one's race, sex, religion and/or lifestyle will not be tolerated in any way on this board. If we suspect any sort of discrimination, we will not hesitate to act upon it. You will be banned automatically.

7. NO Multiple Posts
When you have something to add or modify shortly after posting a message (which is when you currently have the latest post in a topic), please use the "Edit" button which is found in the top right-hand corner of each of your posts. This is another cheap and lazy way of adding to your post count. Exceptions can be made when a user is adding additional relevant information, announcements, attachments etc. Please use your best common judgment. If this habit continues, it will be added to your warning level for each amount of multiple posts you've submitted.

8.NO [img] Code In Posts
When you have an image(s) to present to the forums, please use the attachment feature located at the bottom of each new topic or reply page. If the image(s) is stored on a web server, please post the direct URL. If this habit continues, it will be added to your warning level. The bigger the image, the higher your warning level.

9. NO Adult Content
Do not use sigs, avatars with porn, sex, or anything like that.
Do not post any images in topics with sex or porn which is not allowed anyway.
Also, do not create any kind of hyperlink to a porn site. If this happens, it would be added to your warning level.

10. No Oversized Signatures
If you have a signature, make sure it isn't too big. We will decide if the sig can be used on this board.
