[Hikari Misuki]

Sakura sat next to the river staring down towards th bottom. 'So this is the fabled river of secrets? Doesn't seem so special to me...' she thought. 'I mean I can't see the bottom but that's not unusual...' She thought to herself and sighed. 'I guess I came all this way for no reason... oh well... it's a nice day... and this a beautiful spot so might as well have some lunch...' She thought and giggled as she stood up and walked a bit away from the water and took her bag off. she pulled a small blanket from her pack and spread it out and then she sat down. she pulled out a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and a small bag of wheat thins. "Time to eat..." She said with a giggle.

[Danny]

Hero was walking down a the small dirt road that connected to this river he heard about. Blood stained in his blond hair, and dried on his pale skin. He walked with a slight limb in his left leg as he progressed down the road. He soon noticed a glimmer of light as he noticed it was water. "Good." He spoke softly his voice lightly cracking to dehydration. Moving closer he heard a voice but it was to far for him to decipher. Hero just wanted something to sooth his thirst and due pain.

Sakura was about to take a bite of her yummy sandwhich when her long elfen ears picked up movement close by. She pulled the sandwhich down and listened closely and she could hear footsteps getting closer and closer. 'Hhmmmm... it's not fast... but they're not trying to hide either... maybe they just want to know about the river too... I mean it is coming from the road...' She thought as she just waited for this person to show themselve.

[Danny]

Hero moved further down the road and slowly moved tot he edge. A small drop off down the side down river bank. He stumbled as he moved to the waters edge and began to drink. He didn't want to feel like an animal but his thirst took any embarrassment as rushed the water down. He could feel the coolness feeling his body and soothing his aches and pains. It was when he looked into the water and noticed the blood on his face and hair. "What...how did this happen?" He questioned as he cupped water into his hands and tried to rinse the blood away.

Sakura watched him curiously and when she noticed the blood she set her food down. 'He hasn't seen me... and I don't want to startle him but... I guess I'll have to...' She thought to herself. "Um... exscuse me... do... do you need some help?" She asked him curiously. 'I could see the blood in his hair... I wonder if it's fresh...' She thought to herself as she waited for him to answer.

[Danny]

Hero was intrigued by the wound. He couldn't quiet remember what happened. Suddenly his eyes widened and released he couldn't even remember his past. "Oh no..."He said softly as he sat back and remained silent. He heard the female ask if she could help and in return "I don't think you can help me." As he closed his eyes trying to fight back an emotion he never had, sadness.

Sakura got up and walked over to him slowly. "I could try..." She said gently. "I mean I could atleast take care of that head wound..." She said gently. 'He seems really upset about something....' She thought to herself. She knelt down a couple of feet away from him. "I'm Sakura by the way.." She said gently offering a smile.

[Danny]

"My name is Hero. That's all i know. I can't remember who I got this wound. I can't even remember what my last name is or who my parents are. I don't know who I am or where I came from." Hero spoke softly he brought his arm across his face to hide any emotion. "Sorry If I said to much." his voice shaking slightly. Hero was in shock his reality slowly crumbling around him.

Sakura blinked taking in all he said and looked at him sadly. "I'm sorry Hero... " She said gently. "I can try and heal your head wound and see if that'll help but I'm not really a doctor so I'm not sure if I can heal the brain and bring back memories...' She said quietly. 'I've never tried healing someone's brain to bring back their memories...' She thought to herself. She gently touched his arm. "And no you didn't say too much... I'm a good shoulder to cry on..." she said gently.

[Danny]

"The cut will heal. I just don't know about the rest." Hero spoke as he sniffled slightly and wiped his face. Leaning up and keeping his face away from her and spoke "I thank you for the offer Sakura." He slowly calmed himself and slowed his breathing trying to take in all the information. Slowly standing up he turned to look at her his face clear and calm now "It's the past. I'll just make new memories." and gave a small smile as he held his hand for her to take.

Sakura smiled gently. "You're very welcome..." She said and stood up as well. when he said he'd make more she smiled and took his hand. "Well I can help with that if you'd like..." She said gently. "Oh... would you like soemthing to eat? I was just about to have lunch and I'll share with you if you'd like..." she said gently.

[Danny]

"Sure. If you wouldn't mind." Hero said as at the same time his stomach let out a small growl. "Opps sorry about that." As he held his stomach lightly and grinned. Looking up the sky was a bright blue and sun warm against the skin. He actually felt a little better.

Sakura smiled. "Well I hope you like peanut butter and jelly..." She said with a giggle. Since she still had a hold of his hand she led him over to her blanket and she sat down and patted the spot next to her. "I only have one so it's a good thing I cut it in half..." She said with a giggle and handed him one half.

[Danny]

"It's perfect." He spoke as he sat down beside her and crossed his legs. He took the half from her as he slowly took a bite of the sandwich. The tastes were new to him as he chewed and ate the food. Slowly he finished his half and looked at her. "You know everything about me. So tell me a little bit about yourself."

Sakura giggled and bit into her half, by the time he had asked the question she had finished her half. "Well... what exactly would you like to know?" SHe asked him curiously. She handed him the bag of wheat thins. "You can have those if you want..." She said smiling sweetly.
