Alex gasped when he felt something grab him and when he saw it was Echket he smiled and clung to the panther. "Echket... I'm so sorry... I'm sorry..." He said sobbing. He had wanted to say something he just didn't know how, and he was scared of getting hurt.

Echket just shook his head, holding him close, a hand rubbing Alex's back as he held him, nuzzling him as he just held him.. He really didn't want to let go.

Alex smiled genlty taking his hand and took his back in the house. He sat down on the couch with Echket and looked at him not sure what to say, he was just happy he hand't lost him.

Echket sat there with Alex, not sure what to say.. Did.. Did this mean had wanted to be mates? Then.. why had? He didn't understand, and wasn't sure what to say.
