The nerve of some PEOPLE! Why was it he had been left behind? Did they think he was incapable of carrying out such a mission?! Ooh! Well He would show them, yes indeed he would! He would make an incredible Kaiser. Incredible and powerful enough to blow that Jade to the Radiation Gate, and around the world twice-- thrice! Four times! FOUR TIMES!

"Muwahahaha!!! Just you WAIT, Jade gang! I'll get you yet!"

The maniacal laughter of beautiful and wonderful, Dist the Reaper Rose echoed throughout the busy streets of Daath. He beamed his glorious smile at the staring passer byers-- no doubt they were all amazed by his beauty and smarts. The wonderful plot and designs of his beautiful robot danced about in his head. His floating chair spun around as his cheerfulness increased. Hmph. He would show them all, the incredibleness that is Dist!

"Yes! YES! Now I just need to get to-- Oh?!"

SCREECH.

"Oh, heavens! Are you blind, child? I could've just run you ov...er..." All thoughts slowly came to a halt. Now this... this was an appalling sight. This child was female! Well, of course that wasn't it. Females were everywhere [but of course he was more gorgeous then most of them could hope to be.]. This particular female, though...

No emotion came across the girl's blank expression. The blue eyes that were somehow simultaneously bright and dull at the same time gazed over the strange figure hunched over in the floating chair, studying him over. She'd heard his odd ranting from way over down by the little cafe. He'd ruined her appetite for the yummy flan cake she'd been eating-- and there were still some crumbs and sauce littered over her creamy white porcelain cheeks-- but not to worry. She'd eaten it anyways. What a shame it would've been not to have. Hm... What to categorize this person as...

No doubt this girl was captivated by his wondrous beauty. [Dist had forgotten all about the fox ears and tail.] She was almost as wonderful as him-- almost~. And she was staring ever so intently at him! GASP! Perhaps she was... "Oh dear me~ I appreciate your feelings, my dear girl, but there is simply too much of an age difference! Please don't cry, your heart will he--"

Ah, there it was. "Obnoxious." Aura voiced, her eyes lighting up. She smacked her fist into her palm at the realization. Yes, that was it. This man was obnoxious! A proud little smile graced her cherry blossom lips, as she tilted her head somewhat.

"...!" Dist paled. Obnoxious? OBNOXIOUS? Oh, no. She must've meant PIOUS.

As if she were reading his mind the girl shook her head. "Un. Obnoxious," She said again.

Dist was appalled-- again. The nerve of this girl. And... WHY WAS SHE WEARING A HAT?! I mean, there was no NEED! AND THAT TAIL! [unfortunately she forgot to tie it to her leg...] Was this a costume!? How childish! "I'M obnoxious?! Well, EXCUSE me, child, but WHOM is the person wearing such a ridiculous COSTUME?!" As a cue, he took the chance and pulled on her tail.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYAAAAAH!!!!"

The hand instantly let go of the soft and furry 'object'. This thing was attached... That 'tail'... was actually attached... to this girl... and...

Oh... that scream must of caught someone's attention. In fact, it almost looked as if The God-general was perhaps harassing this girl?

Pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose, Jade finally decided that he should step out before Dist did anything...unholy. He had been watching the scene from a table outside the inn where he had been drinking tea (it had NO sugar in it mind you. Not at all, 'mature' adults like Jade do no partake in sugar), when he had heard the loud cries of a sickeningly familiar voice.

Sure, he hadn't known the girl that Dist had 'run into', but he couldn't just sit there while Dist did...Whatever it was Dist did to small girls. It was his job to mock his old friend as a military officer to make sure the people were safe.

Standing up with a sigh, he tossed a small pile of gald on the table before pushing in his chair and walking away. He leaned against a building a few feet behind Dist, and tucked his hands away in his pockets, his infamous smirk slowly crawling across his face as he called out.

"My my... I knew you were many many unusual things Saphir... but I never imagined 'child molester' might be one of them. Do let the poor girl go. It'd be terrible if people mistook you for a pedifile or molester or sorts don't you think? Especially in a place like this... terrible."

"CHILD MOLESTER?! PEDOPHILE!?" This person was so... RUDE! In fact, he was just like... "JAAAAADE!" The floating chair suddenly whipped around, but a little too fast for it's own good, so one could only watch as the God-general went around, and around and around for two consecutive minutes.

The girl took this chance to flee from the weirdo, and took up residence behind the person she dubbed as 'sane' and more safe. Jade, of course. Aura watched with little interest as the strange little man proceeded to get dizzier and dizzier by the second, from behind the colonel. "..." He really was obnoxious.

"Ohhhhwoaah... STOP!" Dist suddenly smacked his fist into the armrest of his chair and it suddenly came to a hasty halt. The man swayed ever so slightly in his moment of dizziness. Oh my Lorelei, what a terrible thing he was seeing FOUR JADES. Four of them! He thanked Yulia when his vision came back to normal. "Shut up! I am neither of those things, which is just about what I can't say about YOU, FOUR EYES! And I didn't do anything to her! SHE called me obnoxious!"

"Demo, it true. ... Ne... Obnoxious-man has glasses too, so that insult goes back to him, too..."

"SILENCE!"

Aura puffed up her cheeks and shot him a very UN-intimidating glare. [As such a face was not made for glaring. She just couldn't look scary.] The girl shook her head, pale blue eyes flaring up in a defiance she never knew she even had. "Iie!"

"I AM A GOD-GENERAL! And I am not a pervert! I am the wonderful and BEAUTIFUL, DIST THE ROSE!"

"Uhn-uh. 'Reaper'."

"How is it that one such as myself has such a gruesome title? I am not a REAPER, but a ROSE! R-O-S-E! ROSE!!!"

"Ara, he spelled it right... Congratulations. Obnoxious-man does have a teeny bit of sanity, desu."

"GAAAAH!!!!!!!! YOU SPAWN OF JADE!"

Jade glanced at the girl behind him, raising an eyebrow slightly, before turning back to Dist, a smirk planted firmly on his face.

"Spawn of Jade?" He repeated, sounding amused. "I can assure you Saphir, I've never seen this girl before today...besides." he shrugged lightly, then put his hands back in his pockets. "That would have meant I must have hooked up with someone when I was..." he glanced at Aura again, "Maybe...20? You know very well I didn't."

As much as he was enjoying the situation, Jade couldn't help but notice all the stares they were getting from people in the city, and a soft sigh escaped his lips.

"So, why don't we lower the volume, hm? People are staring at you. I don't think harassing a poor little girl, then shouting about it in the middle of the street is gaining you any points with the citizens here. We're in front of a church Saphir, shame on you for acting so poorly... Just what might the Fon-Master say if he saw all this?" His smirk widened as he pushed his glasses up his nose with two fingers, throwing out another poke at Dist's pride and temper,

"I'd hate to see his opinion of our favorite little Reaper get any worse then it already is..."

"GAAAAAH!!!!! IT'S ROSE!!!!!" Dist screeched, his eyes becoming even more buggy than they already were. A red vein pulsed from his forehead. "ROSE. ROSE. ROSE. ROSE. ROSE!!!!!!!!" And with every "Rose" he spouted, his fist smashed into the chair's armrest. "I AM NOT A CHILD MOLESTER, I AM NOT A PERVERT, I DID NOT HARASS THIS CHILD, AND IF ANYTHING YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS ACTING POORLY!!!!" THESE PEOPLE! This was IT!

Aura allowed a scowl to creep onto her doll like features, and she tugged the white hat over her heads, covering her flattened ears in the process, in attempt to block out the man's irritatingly loud voice. Her eyes squeezed themselves shut as the irritation started to sky rocket. "So loud...!" the girl groaned, finally getting mad enough to do something about it. "Stop YELLING!" And with that, the staff came down from the heavens and made a connection with Dist's head.

"Umph~!" And with that mere blow the fontech chair was sent bolting right down the cathedral steps, all the while with Dist's screaming voice spewing more unnecessary words. "I'LL GET YOUUUuuuuuu~~~!"

"My my..." Jade raised a hand over his eyes to shade them from the sun as he watched Dist fly backwards. "That's quite the arm you have there... I do hope you didn't damage him too badly... I'd hate to have to be the one to take care of him if he was mentally... disrupt..." More then usual anyway... he added silently in his head.

Turning his attention down to Aura, he stuffed his hands in his pockets once more after pushing his glasses up.

"Now, how did a small girl like yourself happen upon someone like Dist? It's not often there children your age are wondering around on their lonesome...." Even Anise was normally with me... I wonder where she is... "You're better off avoiding him, he might try something unholy on you, and that would be quite a shame... He doesn't need any more bad happens on that idiotic little head of his..."

Aura puffed out her chest proudly at his comment about her arm. Yes, yes. "Uhn-uh. Crazy-man seemed as crazy he usual when he blasted off." She stated, idly. The girl strapped her staff back onto her back, and watched as Dist's chair spun out of control then out of sight around a corner. She blinked, a bead of sweat rolling down the side of her head as she heard the crash and the yelling that would've been inaudible to the human ear.

"My beautiful outfit is ruined!'

Aura frowned and let go of a soft sigh. Blinking at Jade's question, she tilted her head up to meet his gaze with her bright blue eyes. "Eh?" ... How DID she end up with Dist anyways? She'd just been walking along about her own business when he came out of no where and began spouting nonsense... she placed a finger to her temple as she sorted through her thoughts.

As Jade came to his statement about it not often that someone like her was alone, something of a force and saddened smile came upon her lips. A look too solemn for one her age. "Un. Aura is looking for nii-chan." She informed the crimson eyed male. She shook her head on his statement about Dist. "Mm-mm. Aura knows. Aura was trying to avoid him demo, he wouldn't be quiet."

Jade sighed and shook his head, a small smile on his face as he heard Dist shouting in the background about his clothes. He listened to the girls' short explanation, silently nodding once or twice as he listened, not saying anything beyond that. When she finished, he pulled off his glasses and cleaned them before pushing them back up the bridge of his nose, eying Aura carefully.

"You're looking for your older brother?" He tilted his head forward slightly so that his glasses slide down the bridge of his nose, and he watched her carefully with his red eyes. Her fonon signature... She's... a lot like Luke... Just what is...? "I see, well, I doubt it's Saphir, seeing as how you were avoiding him like the dogs of hell. What does he look like? Perhaps we could enter a 'missing persons' form at the order. I'm sure they'd be glad to be of assistance."

He glanced over his shoulder, raising an eyebrow slightly. She must have hit him hard. He hasn't returned yet. Poor boy.

"Un. Aura can't find him. He didn't come home one day, so... Aura is looking for him." The girl explained, a frown playing her lips once again. She looked almost horrified at the bit about Dist though and shook her head vigorously. "Of course he's not nii-chan...! Nii-chan is definitely not like that." She unstrapped the small pack she had been carrying along with her and fished into it, pulling out a small rectangular case that was small enough not to look too strange if one were to wear it as a necklace. She opened it and showed it's contents to Jade, the contents themselves being an ever so slightly faded picture of a red-haired male with stubborn, defiant yet solemn and understanding emerald eyes.

Aura held the item as if it were a holy, and ancient relic. "Thats nii-chan." She explained, her tone a little bit more gentle, and her eyes just shining a little bit more brightly. The girl really loved her older brother, it seemed. Although whomever that boy was in the photo he had a rather disturbing resemblance to Luke and Asch.

"GAAAAHHH!!!" And zooming back on his chair-- clad in a banana peel hat and other ... unappetizing accessories littering both his clothes and his chair was the rather irritated looking Dist. "THIS!" He jabbed a finger at Aura who then turned to face him with a dead-pan expression. At this his left eye twitched. "IS YOUR FAULT! LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO MY OUTFIT! My hair! My chaaair!"

"... Uhn... You're more fussy than those ladies back at the castle..."

"WHAT?!"

Jade glanced at the picture, turned away, then did a double take. Slowly removing his glasses from his face, he cleaned them and replaced them, before looking at the photo again, bitting his bottom lip. My my... This IS playing out to be very interesting...

"I see...your brother looks very...nice..." Jade spoke slowly, his brow furrowed as if he were thinking very hard about something. "If you don't mind me asking, what is his name? So that I have a name to match his...face..." That can't really be Luke or Asch... Asch was an only child, and Luke is simply a replica. He couldn't have siblings, that's impossible...

Jade's attention was torn away from Aura as Dist came flying back and he sighed again.

"Saphir... Don't you remember what I was saying earlier about yelling?" He raised his crimson eyes to Dist's head, and held back the urge to laugh. "And take off that new hat of yours. It looks utterly silly... You're attracting enough attention as is with all your shouting. No need to make people stare more..."

Aura beamed proudly, not seeming to notice Jade's discomfort. "Un! Nii-chan is awesome~!" She ignored Dist's ranting for the moment and looked at the picture, a sweet smile twitching at the corner of her lips. "Nii-chan's name is Xenath,"

"SHUT UP!" Dist shrieked, loudly enough for Aura to yelp slightly. After all, the girl's ears were rather sensitive, as they were that of a fox's. At the mention of his 'hat' the man froze, and slowly lifted a hand to hid head, and grasped hold of the banana peel. His arm moved at a slow, mechanical pace as he took it off. The man stared at it, pure utter horror etching onto his face. "A... A BANANA?!" He spluttered. Suddenly he flung it to the ground. "UUURGHH! I HATE YOU! I'LL GET YOU BOTH!" And with that he zoomed back into the church and towards the God-general quarters. He needed to change!

"... Aura doesn't like him.."

"...Not many do." Jade muttered as he shook his head slowly. Had he honestly been best friends with this man just a few years ago? What was he thinking...? He rubbed the bridge of his nose, trying to let his mind catch up with the current situation before he gave his attention back to Aura.

"Xenath hm?" His eyes lingered over the locket in her hands once more, before he shook his head and shrugged, the smirk-like smile on his face once more. "Sorry, I'm afraid I don't know him. I've never even seen this man before." He glanced at the church over his shoulder, frowning slightly.

"I'd suggest the missing persons report again, but I'd rather not have to deal with Saphir's constant screeching and shouting right now... Let's let him cool of for a bit shall we?" He gestured to the small cafe outside the inn where he had been enjoying a peaceful cup of tea minutes before. "Why don't we have a drink while we wait for him to come back out? I'm sure he'll come looking for us, and we might get the chance to slip away if he passes us."

"Aura can see why," The small girl commented under breath, at an inaudible tone, so Jade wouldn't hear. That Dist was so loud and obnoxious, and... and just one hundred percent annoying, it was impossible to believe he'd acquired such a spot as "God-General". Whatever that was, but she was sure it was imported. He must've bribed his way in. That was probably it.

Aura nodded at Jade idly. "Yeah." She stated, fingering with her locket. "It's okay... Aura will find him one day. Nii-chan is probably looking for Aura too. 'Cause he's nii-chan..." The girl obviously had a lot of faith in her older brother.

She looked up at the Colonel for a brief moment and nodded, agreeing with his plan. "Okay." She said. Aura didn't exactly want to be in Dist's company that much either.
