This tutorial assumes you know your way around PSP and AS.

Supplies Needed
PSP - I used version 12 but this will work in any
Tube of Choice - - I used Dark Yarrow which you must purchase from MPT
Scrapkit of Choice - I am using Gothic Love which you can purchase at Digital Chaos, Digi Fox's Studio or Stargazer Scraps
Mask of Choice - I used WSL221 from Wee Scots Lass - place in your mask folder in PSP
Eye Candy 400 - Gradient Glow
Animation Shop

Open a new document 600 x 600
Choose a dark paper from the kit - I used Paper 14
Copy and paste as a new layer
Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk
Find your mask and apply it
Merge Group in layer pallette
Open your frame from the kit - I used Frame 4
Copy and paste as a new layer into your canvas
Resize it 70% and duplicate
On your first frame - rotate left by 15
Move it to the upper left of your canvas
On your second frame - rotate right by 12
Move it to the lower right of your canvas
Choose a red paper from the kit - I used Paper 9
Using your magic wad, select inside the left frame
Expand the selection by 10
Copy your paper and paste as a new layer
Invert your selection and making sure you are on the paper layer hit delete
Selections - select none
Move this layer beneath the frame
Using your magic wand select inside the right frame
Expand the selection by 10
Copy and paste the same paper as a new layer
Invert your selection and making sure you are on the paper layer hit delete
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Resize and position until you are happy then hit delete
Selections - select none
Using a nice script font - I used Freestyle Script
Type your lyrics, resize and rotate them into the left frame, leave some space at the top.
When you are happy convert to a raster layer and apply a drop shadow
Choose some elements from the kit to decorate your tag
Using your dropper tool select one of the red colours from your tag
Use the same script font from before and add your name.
Position and size to suit then rasterize and add your dropshadow
Add your copyright layer and licence number if using PTU
Save your tag at this point and then we will animate.

Using a very pale pinky colour - I used #eccecf draw a small heart
Place it above your lyrics on the left frame
Using your magic wand select the heart
Add a new layer and floodfill the heart with a dark gray from your background paper
Selections - select none
Apply a gaussian blur of 1 to both hearts to soften the edges slightly
Hide the grey heart
Copy Merged and paste as a new animation in AS
Back in psp, unhide the grey heart and move it to the right of the pink heart so it just overlaps
Copy Merged and paste after current frame in AS
Back in PSP, move the grey heart a little more left
Continue to do this and paste the frames in AS until the grey heart is centred over the pink
Copy and paste this into AS
In PSP, on the pink heart apply a gradient glow using the same colour as the heart
Glow width 20.16, Soft Corners 25, Overall Opacity 100, Draw only outside selection
Copy Merged and paste into AS
Back in PSP, undo the glow then copy merged and paste into AS
Continue to move the dark heart left and copy the frames into AS until you have completely exposed the pink heart
Hide the grey heart again and copy merged and paste into AS for 1 last frame
I ended with 11 frames but you may have more or less depending on how far you moved the heart
In AS hit CTRL A to select all frames
Right click and choose frame properties
I set my display time as 40. Set it less if you want a quicker animation or more for slower
Save and you are done.
