This tutorial will teach you to make a different kind of flower

Supplies Needed

PSP - I used 9 but this should work in any version
Mura Meister Copies - Here
Eye Candy 5 (Textures) - Here

Open a new document 600 x 600.

Select your colour of choice and using the default shape teardrop draw your first petal. Feel free to use the edit nodes function to alter the shape of your petal. For this tutorial I left it as standard.



Convert to a raster layer.

Selections - select all - float - defloat.
Add a new raster layer.
Choose a darker shade of your petal colour.
Set your airbrush tool.



Carefully paint on some darker strokes.



Apply a gaussian blur of 5.
Deselect.
Merge down.

Apply a dropshadow.



Mura Meister Copies.



Using your magic wand, select the centre of the flower.
Expand the selction by 10.

Resize to suit your needs and you are done.
