I believe that's the Warhound Scout Titan, it is found on a custom map named "City of Titanic "Something"" by capturing and holding the central critical point for a set time to make him spawn. For more info about him: http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Warhound_Scout_Titan |
