looks like the movie is a direct transfer from film ...... but the copy I have was probably first recorded on vhs, than copied to an other vhs and than transfered to dvdr.
as far as I know this is the only available version, never saw a direct film to dvdr transfer ..... also im not aware of a tv broadcast.
my version has the title "Hey Amigo Beş Mezar" ...... never saw a poster of film version with the sartana title ..... dont know why it is know under "hey amigo sartana" never saw any promotional material with sartana on it of this movie......

the master print is pretty damaged ..... a very dark print, also alott of lines go through the image ..... sound is also very low of volume.

A pretty boring movie, not very orriginal and very prodicting. the movie doesnt have the extra ingridient to make it a nice turkish western ..... it could have also been a very bad italian made western. story about revenge, one by one the bandits get kiled - the end. most of the time the stories are not the most interesting part of the turkish western, but the extreme violence or the over the top acton scene's ..... this movie doesnt have any of this ..... only a head caracter that wants to play the gentleman.
atleast some of the bad guys are cool anuf, and we see a guy that gets a knife trown in his hand ...... you dont mis much if you dont watch this movie ..... under avarage stuff, and to good to be interesting bad.

The movie:
In town a bandit frees his friends that are hold in the sheriffs prison. at the same time Amigon is at his sisters wedding. with all bad luck the escaped bandits and the wagon with the fresh married couple + famely crosses each other. the bandits shoot all people on the wagon mom, dad, bride, grome, children grandma etc
the bandits steel 5 golden coins the bride was wearing and devide under the 5 of them.... so each has 1 golden coin. through a mirakle Amigo servived the attack, he is badly wounded.

Amigo is found unconsious by Sam who takes him home and takes care of him. when Amigo is with consious again he asks Sam who the bandits are and were he can find them. Amigo swears revenge on the graves of his murdered famely.

the group of bandits have split up and formed new group of their own again.
It doesnt take long for amigo to find the first bandit. amigo can just avoid that the bandits kill all passangerson a stage coach. he can save a girl (Gina) and an old man. the old man is dieing and with his last words he tells Amigo a secred ..... it turns out that Gina was part of the group of bandits!

Amigo drives the stage coach back to town, in town Amig is arrested by the sheriff. Gina told the sheriff Amigo was responsible for the killings. Amigo is trown in jail, for some unexplaneable reason Sam is also in the same jail and still ahs his pistol?? so its not very difficult for them to escape. Amigo captures the real bandit who robbed the stage coach and hands him over to the sheriff ... also Gina tells the sheriff that Amigo isnt guilty??? Amigo's name is cleared and the bandit is in jail .... for a n hour .... cause he is again freed from prison by his friends! the bandits start looking for amigo, it becomes to a duel and a bandit .... ofcours Amigo wins, but when amigo has killed the bandit he sees that the bandit has one gold coin, liek the ones taken from his sister!
Amigo rushes after the second bandit and an ever going fistfight starts in a river ..... goes on for atleast 5min ..... Amigo wins and he finds the second gold coin.

In town Amigo says goodbuy to the sheriff, sam and gina. as amigo rides away he comes across a few bandits who want to rape a girl. amigo kills the bandits and saves the girl (conchita) and brings her back home ....... another 5min filled

amigo rides back in town .... were he just said goodbey to everybody 10in ago .... he gets in a fight with a stranger .... no surprise, amigo wins ... and he finds the 3th gold coin!

and the next one ...... Amigo goes for a round of cards .... and yes another bandit is on the table.... amigo kills him, and he finds the fourth golden coin .....

Amigo goes to Conchita to have some fun ..... but he is disturbed by some people that are playing music outside ...... what do you think? its the fith bandit! what a surprise!
amigo sneeks outside, he gets caught by the bandits, but can escape, kills the fifth bandit .... now he has all 5 coins again.

With the five coins he goes the the graves of his famely members and to pay them their last respect and leaves the 5 coins on each of their graves.

than we have the voice over of the start of a song ..... "he amigo Sabata" ........ dont understand why the called the movie he amigo sartana .... when they refer to sabata in the end?
